That pretty cichlid you found is a firemouth. When younger they get that one balck spot and some nice color. As they grow. They get that red under the body.

Throw some mystery snails in the other bin. It is best to try to streamline your setups. Same filters, same substrate, same kinds of plants, same lighting, ect. Some of course will need special requirements. But I do not see any reason why all these fish you catch couldn't live in the same parameters as the bodies of water found in Florida.
