Sir this carborator cleaning ,gear oil change ,should be done in all service or it there any special case ,like say while servicing scooty at15000 km or 20000(,i have jupiter), recently i serviced at jupiter which was drivem 17000 km ,and he just changed spark plug ,engine oil,cleaned air filter ,and that's all. Should i change the gear oil and carborator cleaning right now ?

Respected sir, unknowingly my father drove Honda shine bike with chowk on for about 10 kms with pilon rider. It was overhauled recently about 700 kms run post overhaul (piston, rings changed and head rebored). Sir what problem it could cause to the bike as it gets off at low acceleration now and it's solution please. The Bike is very close to my heart.
