Just beautiful to hear his daughter sing. S Winwood was my favorite performer back in the 60 and 70’s. Never had a crush - just thought he was the most unique performer. Now, in my aging years I am inspired and by his captivated by his talent.

I saw the Chicago stop on this tour. Lilly opened for him and was great, but the locals were really drunk and talking a lot, so I could hardly hear her from row 13. I was so pissed because I really wanted to hear what I might see from someone growing up with a dad like that. Curt Smith of Tears for Fears doing Mad World with his daughter Diva is a great example. Look it up.

John Barleycorn must die a great album 1976 I think but could be a couple years older this album holds some good memories. Poor Chris Wood died so young but was a great flautist Sax and Woodwind musician

Traffic's minor key version is a dramatic and suspenseful narrative that culminates with "and little Sir John in the nut brown bowl proved the strongest man at last", whereas Fairport repeats that line in their major key refrain numerous times. Both versions are memorable. Traffic was always unstable as a group, but Fairport became a phenomenon of longevity.
