EleCticCOokie We all gotta warm up and get back into it. Not just SFV but other games too but I get fighters because it’s strictly one on one. On top of the fact that your character you use or like to use has a specific style of play. Even the greats need a match or two or sets or a day to get back into the mix. It’s not unusual at all, check out tournaments. They warm up before getting there and right before the matches itself on that day
That Chun li killed him many many times before. Tokido is not a god or something, Akuma is a bit broken tho.
rainbow tokido doesnt lose very often and not only that hes like the best akuma player and while i dont think akuma is broken he is without a doubt very good. So you have the best player in the world right now(he won evo) using the best or second best character in the game right now(compared to cammy) vs this chunli and he was getting his ass wopped thats a fucking surprise.

Pro-players use online as training platform which means that they try something different online. And that chun li player is grand master, probably fought 200 akumas -400 cammis, 400 guiles every week. You wont fight 200 chun li any week, let alone consider yourself lucky when you have a chance to fight them online, especially very very good ones like this. MOV always beats Tokido even last season chun lis weakest form. Tokido is a fascinating player but he is overrated too much. I would like to see how he is doing when Akuma gets nerfed to the ground like Chun li. He fills his ex bar very quick, variaty of tools for offence and defence, good zoning, good mobility, insane frame traps lead to CC easily, endless block strings and a fucking good VT1. He is over-floated with everything good. Tokido himself said his VT1 is too good for Akuma since he has too many tools to fight. Dont be suprised if they normalise the char next season.

He took a beating. Tokido appeals every time he's taking a beating for the Kongou Kokuretsuzan. He only won because your player has the most features throughout the game. I'm not saying you're not a good player. Each one plays with whoever he wants. But the Akuma by far is the most favored
