In my humble opinion, the best possible ways to survive in the corporate world is by upskilling and reskilling, always keep your mindset in such a way that of creating value for self and others. Still if you feel you are not satisfied, just simply move to somewhere else and stop overthinking on what people might say about you.
Like Perfection the term Loyalty in the corporate world is a cliche

I am 50+ now with 25 years of experience, mostly as "Hard core programmer". I really agree with points discussed but what is the remedy ?
1)Never think your job is permanent , work there and retire there with lifelong and everyday impressing and saluting everyone. Every company wants to become next to Microsoft, then you need to achieve this for meager salary, possible ?
    2) Have self goal like "What bank manager earns in 32 years as salary", I will earn in ten years and retire with Big corpus.
    3)Start saving early...in Stocks etc.,
4)Never stick to a Job, always be in Hunt of new job with higher salary with your goal set as "10 years max I work and retire".
In 10 years, If I am in Hell, let it be in Hell as long as "Hell pays more" for my future. so that I can retire early."
Simply say your self, I work for my life Goal not for company. always

Yeah, if you are in the top 10% then you will get a job in an MNC. That or you have to be in a professional field like CA, CS or have a degree from an NIT/IIT
That or you have to be a woman(government has laid directives to have a percentage of women in MNCs) or get references from other top executives
I've seen so many people who are failures okm their academics get good jobs in MNCs because they are connected to top executives

      @cnu73 Год назад

@@raviprabhu4130 It's important to consider that individual career choices are influenced by a variety of factors, including personal preferences, circumstances, values, and long-term goals. Comparing the situations of an auto driver and a software engineer highlights the diversity of career paths and the trade-offs that different professions may involve. Here are some thoughts to consider:
Work-Life Balance: The auto driver seems to have a better work-life balance, spending quality time with their family. This is an essential aspect of well-being and happiness. On the other hand, the software engineer's long working hours and commute might impact their work-life balance negatively.
Earnings: While the auto driver may earn more in the short term, it's important to consider the potential for career growth and higher earning potential in the software engineering field over time. Many software engineers may start with lower salaries but can experience significant increases as they gain experience and expertise.
Job Security: Government jobs often offer a sense of job security and benefits. However, private sector jobs, like software engineering, can be subject to market fluctuations and may require more flexibility and adaptability.
Career Growth: Software engineering offers opportunities for career advancement, skill development, and the chance to work on innovative projects that contribute to technological progress. Government jobs might have limitations in terms of career growth and innovation.
Passion and Interest: Choosing a career that aligns with your passion and interests can lead to a more fulfilling and satisfying professional journey. Some people are passionate about technology and innovation, while others may find meaning and fulfillment in other fields.
Financial Considerations: While salary is an important factor, it's essential to consider other aspects such as job benefits, work-related expenses (like commuting), and long-term financial planning.
Ultimately, the choice between a government job and a private sector job depends on an individual's priorities, values, and long-term aspirations. Each person's situation is unique, and what works well for one individual may not necessarily be the best choice for another. It's important to carefully evaluate your own goals, circumstances, and preferences before making a decision about your career path.

Excatly, sir 6 month ago i am fired just becuase of comaony wanted to decrease their resource. My performance was high but still i dont know why i fired. People usually talk about smosa shop is not good for educted, but belive me if you from it background not matter how qualified you are if uour relation are not hood with your manger then you will fired wirhout giving any reason. So better today start your so claased own business probably in starting you gona make very less money. But you are educated when a uneducated can make croroe from their business why you cant, if you ignore. You gona realize in your 40.
