Would be interested to see a Top 5 list for affordable boats/center consoles under 20ft . Something versatile, affordable and can easily be stored in a car garage !
Ton classement est extrêmement bien fait et très juste il est normal que MTI soit classé numéro 1, les techniques de fabrication ,la qualité, les performances sonde hallucinante, nortech second ,tout à fait cohérent un peu moins performant mais en terme de qualité tout simplement ce qui se fait de mieux sur ce type de produit. Cigarette racing team 3e qui rassemble le meilleur des deux mondes mais qui est un peu moins performant que MTI et un peu moins qualitatif que nortech,. 4e midnight Express bateau extrêmement performant bien fini mais fragile il y a pas mal de vidéos où l'on voit un 43 open ébranler toute sa structure sur l'impact des vagues en résumé midnight Express performant mais fragile. Ces 4 marques là sont ce qui se fait de mieux en terme de console centrale sportive. Bravo pour l'objectivité de ton classement. On pourrait également parler de ,fountain, Mystic,deep impact,Renegade, adrénaline, qui font tous également de bons produits dans la catégorie des consoles centrales sportives..
Scout, Nortech and MTI are all comparable. Scout should be number 1 because of the hull layup. It will T Bone anything else in this list, cutting through it and continuing on. (And exaggeration to say it is a lot stronger and lighter).
Scout is a better center console and boat than any of these. With its carbon fiber FRP alloy hull, it weighs less than half What all of these fiberglass ones on this list do, and yet is over four times as strong. It is proprietary for scout boats. Scout had the biggest center console in the world with the 5:30 LXF and that's when these guys came out with the bigger ones. Scout is about to roll out the 670 LXF which will once again give them the biggest center console in the world. The fit and finish is unrivaled. The customer service is five star. No I do not work for them or own one. But I will own one. Take a look at the scout 5:30 LXF. It's a better boat than any of these.
Midnight Express is not a good offshore boat. I've been offshore fishing recreationally, competitively, professionally, and even commercially for the better part of 52 years now. They cut that bow down to try to increase Captain field of view, and what they did was made the wettest ride there is. But it's not just that. They're just not built as strong as some of the others and honestly shouldn't be on this list. Nortech is a very very good structurally sound boat. The cigarettes are nice, but over time things start to creak and squeak

Fountain runs over 100mph. But, its got rod holders and a live well. To the gulf stream and back.

Only thing I disagree with is I dont think the Nortechs are that good looking of a boat. My money would be on the midnight express.

Outerlimits does not currently manufacture a center console. Fountain is not top 5. Probably 7th.
