Black magic is using darker forces for spiritual development, the left hand path. There are dark and light beings and not everyone who uses dark magic is doing it to hurt others. You can practice black magic if you’re invoking darker energies for your own healing and self development because these entities are often your spirit guides. Unfortunately most people drawn to this have impure intentions based on greed and manipulation. Karma is real though and they don’t escape hurting others unscathed.

Ok so on the concept of doing good for the whole vs doing good for the self at the expense of another. My question is, is that even possible, and im not suggesting that it isnt, but here are arguments that come to my mind to suggest that it may, or may not be. One on the con side is that its theoretically impossible to help something without hurting another in that if you help one thing, you must be hurting another by default. Even if theoretically you help a collective you would still have to get that energy from somewhere. Ok now the pro argument in my opinion is that theoretically you could make the whole larger and essentially create a larger energy pool for all and the whole thing expands. For example i would think of say the assembly line at Ford motor company in the model T days, since henry ford made a car not for only the rich, but the common man, or roughly the collective whole then the energy pool of cars essentially got larger. Lets say someone making a rolls royce only for the very richest person would be satanic magic and making ford model Ts for the common man would be what you are suggesting.
Ok this is all very good except once youve theoretically made the energy pool larger then new problems arise so it ends up in the same boat, so does the collective really benefit? Honestly i wouldn't think so in the end, but its just natural progression, the energy pool does get larger perhaps and then the same manipulation ensues, but in a larger energy pool. I think this is just the natural cycle, so in that sense id say perhaps both are correct. You can create a larger pool for the collective, but it will lead to newer and better manipulation essentially also.
You nailed it,100 %!. I can say that as a wiccan high priestess. all I found was power trippers and money hogs. even the people I taught were the same. this is why I left the tradition. I still do magick and still believe in the wiccan ways. but I'm now a Solitary Practitioner. Its hard to find people with good honest ethics in magick.
Very much like the explanation of Pagan is Spiritual on Top, while Satanism is material first. I find this further confirms, that capricorn (the ox/cow) is satanism, while Cancer (the goat) is paganism? As capricorn/cow is Un-emotional Materialist, while cancer/goat is emotional spiritualist. Also theorization on how this affects the major deities of the past associated with such elements, as apposed to identity associations of what way round we are told it is, ie Satan is not the Dark-Angel with the Golden Phallus, that Christian propaganda character assassinates him to be commonly.

Even so called grass eaters get most of their protein from bugs consumed that live in and around that grass.
Most animals, including mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians, consume some form of meat or flesh as a primary source of nutrition. However, vultures, certain insects, and microorganisms demonstrate adaptations to survive without consuming living flesh or decomposed meat.
Apparently blood group O + but O in general were hunter gatherers and lived on a diet mainly of meat...other blood groups were more omnivore-based.
It seems we would like to think we can 'rise above' the need to eat meat, although that's in an ideal world without hunger and the proper resources. I'm quite sure that if we were knocked back to the stone age, for whatever reason, having the stomach to consume meat would be our greatest survival mechanism; just as it was in our past.
If we don't use it we could lose it. Our appendix is more than likely not in the functional state it should be in due to lifestyle changes over millennia...I think we need to be Very carefully with 'what we believe' and the choices we make as humans.
Animal cruelty is another subject of course; which I certainly do not condone; the same goes for human suppression and mistreatment.
A good heart, mind and soul is definitely something we should all be striving towards, it could certainly change this place for the better, Fenrik.

Telekinesis, the ability to manipulate the physical world with your mind. I do real magic but I don't like calling it magic. It's like tipping over a row of domino's to me. I'm not doing anything that isn't physically possible, just really hard to do like air bending for example.
My mind says move a broom to dust the floor and most of the time it happens.
I exchange those thoughts for actions by getting up and physically brushing the floor, it would never have happened without mind/thought first...all is power of the mind, without it; the dust remains until outside forces takes care of it.

I believe what Levay was saying about black vs white magick (because I also believe this where many refuse to see it) is that black magick is seen as black because it is for the self wheres white is not for the self. However there is no such thing as a selfless act. Anything we do for others is ultimately for our own fulfilment or desire. Like holding a door for someone is really for yourself. Therefore there is no difference between what is deemed selfish and selfless. Because being selfless only exists in the minds of self gratifying ego maniacs.
