    Not quite on topic of this video, but from event to event how often do you change rear toe, anti squat and anti dive settings? is it pretty track specific or driver preference specific? when can tuning with diffs be used in place of these lower arm adjustments?

    Hey Adam isn't this your 2nd video about the rear camber link set up? Why don't you make one for the front? Is it because it's a pivot ball front end meaning you can't make it longer or shorter?

    • @McDeLeeuw
      @McDeLeeuw 6 месяцев назад

      You can make him longer, insers inside, and a extra o ring outside on the arm by balls

    How does raising or lowering the rear hub impact this setting? Do you recommend compensating outer link height if changing the hub height?

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  7 месяцев назад

      Typically when raising the hub position, you can lower the plate, but it really depends on the handling change you're looking to accomplish.

    • @juanpablosaenz7719
      @juanpablosaenz7719 5 месяцев назад

      It would affect it but typically with mugen everyone always runs rear hubs down. Better rear grip and forward traction

    • @Glocktologist
      @Glocktologist 4 месяца назад

      One way to think of raising or lowering the rear hub is that the hub height doesn’t change (it’s fixed to the wheel after all) but you are changing the lower arm’s outer hinge pin height.
      So raising the hub is effectively lowering the end of the A-arm. It raises the roll center and has other effects as well.

    Hi Adam I have been using Mugen cars since MBX5R, now for trying something new I bought a Sparko, for trying C HUB car, have you seen any Sparko, can you say something about it?

    Great video Adam, can you please tell me I’m about to put the MIP one high flow pistons in my mbx8tr I have 600550 and 450 oil what valving and what oil should I use? I run only at Barnstormers and trains and lanes.

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  7 месяцев назад

      With the 6x1.3 Hi-Flow pistons I would start with 600/550 front and 550/500 rear depending on the temperature with clear front and blue rear.

    Can those rear hubs be fitted to a 7r? Or are there any options for this tuning on the 7r?

    • @juanpablosaenz7719
      @juanpablosaenz7719 7 месяцев назад

      They can be put on a 7r direct swap

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  7 месяцев назад

      Yes, as long as you use the MBX8R rear uprights.
