In 2005 we (me and my wife) went to Tunisia and found this street food that we ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never tired of it. I really can´t say if it was brik, because I ate mine with tuna and a lot of wonderful sauces on soft bread, if I remember correctly, but I do remember the street vendors asking if we wanted it spicy or not. Spicy? Of course and please put some more on! Lovely dish and I still remember the taste.
