A lot of truth to your post. However, he's crossed the line before, but no more than Bob Knight. He's a no nonsense, says what he feels, leader, but that can hurt you. Really great leaders know you CANNOT get the best out of your team coaching them all the same way. Great leaders have a toolbox that has many different ways to get the best out of people. Some need it direct and hard, some need the, " you did a great job running routes today, next week I want you working to be as good at blocking downfield." Some people do not react well to a constant barrage of, "You played like shit', some do. Know your team and know how to get the best from all of them. If he took a DISC assessment I know he would be 99.9% D and that's what stops him from greatness. Managing by fear or applied tension has never been sustainable. Just my 2¢ worth nothing

@@BAKER22-l4uThat shit doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Winning isn’t everything. Leach was a conscious, relatable, and real coach who was pretty great while Saban is a fucking robot. All he cares about is winning. Leach wasn’t worried about losing his job the next day. He changed the game forever with his offensive innovations and strategic antics. Super intelligent too. Leach was one of a kind as an overall coach, Saban is only good in the winning aspect. Overall he’s pretty generic. He’s also a real asshole. There will never be another Leach, while there’s been plenty of Saban’s before Saban and there will be plenty after him.

officiating was more than fair for wsu and they were lucky to be in half of this game. they didn't dominate at all as much as this coach thinks so highly of his team. he cares. he is worked up cause what boise state made him look bad.

With Leach what makes him funny is he isn't trying to be............anyone who thinks leach cant coach do not remember his predecessor when Wash St was routinely smashed by 40+ a game.

Was this after the UCLA game? NINE touchdowns and still lose the game? That has to be some kind of record, what is the highest losing score?

mentally tougher team? yup bsu. guy kicking their Butts so hard 3 wr are afraid of facing #20?! lol hey this is the boise state football affect on all teams that finally choose to face them especially at home. Go bsu broncos! # 20 tanner Vallejo was a beast player for bsu. only reason wazzu was in this game was because our bipolar qb likes throwing across his body and field poor choices out routes thinks he is so good pick 6s 2x... otherwise a normal bsu pac 12 beat down.

SEC channel uploads ENTIRE GAMES. Is the best you can do is 20 minutes of highlights and then BORING PRESS CONFERENCES? Watched TENNESSEE snap 11-game losing streak against FLORIDA, 2 1/2 HOURS. I'm not watching this boring interview now. Only clicked on it to make this comment. I WANT TO SEE THE ENTIRE GAME.

The concept of winning is so capitalistic and dehumanizing. Players need to feel their worth as humans. If they are made to feel uncomfortable when they are too tired to play well, or perhaps aren’t in the mood to, that could be damaging to them. Instead of scolding them, the coaches should be telling them how good they were last year. Happy people do better. They need more days off and a less strenuous schedule. They also need more rap sessions and feel-good meetings These conservative coaches could use some sensitivity training.
