About the new album The Will of the People coming in August, Matt Bellamy said it will be a "best of everything we did". So he considers Compliance as their best Pop song. The track Kill or be Killed will be their best Metal song, etc.
@@nathandjohnny speaking of kill or be killed, they just played it at Rock am Ring festival and there's a video or two on youtube of it - the song is still unreleased, they played it as kind of a teaser i guess
i'm not surprised that this one is more pop-ish than won't stand down. this is kinda what i wished for, muse released their pop sounds first to save the (hopefully) heavier ones for last. actually we never know what they are going to sound since they're always experimenting and that's what i love about muse.

As for the lyrics, they definitely focussed on political topics, which is great because most people tend to avoid those difficult topics in conversations, while it actually needs all our attention to get out of this sh!tshow. I didn’t like this as much as Won’t Stand Down.. i might like it more when it’s heard in it’s place in the album.. but so far as a stand alone it’s not high in my fav muse song list.

I love muse. No matter what they put out. Each album is different and unique to its own. I will continue to have them as my number 1 band of all time

Love the bass bit at the beginning so groovy, such a catchy tune, 80s vide, knight rider verse in the middle haha, great tune, great reaction guys :)
