A couple of LED flood lights on a white wall (at that time - now the wall is gray which results in a deeper color from the LED) I know I’ve made a video about it before but I can’t find it so I’ll make a new one next week and show you what I’m currently doing

I was curious. I made a video with multiple clips, and many effects + animations. There is a part where I would love to add the same video as the background instead of plain black. However I would like to retain the clips as well. Is this possible? I've tried switching the background to green screen as well but that is not very effective. Is there a way to make a moving video your background without switching the main video to overlay?
