With approval from my Physical Therapist, I began riding a recumbent trike just 3 weeks after Total Hip Replacement surgery. Initially, just short trips around the neighborhood on level road. Now 4 weeks after surgery, I am riding nearly daily for 30-45 minutes. I can really see myself improving with each outing and going a little faster and further each time. I look forward to riding because it really is so much more comfortable than an upright bike, stable and relaxing. Love my Catrike Expedition! Peace ☮️
I was kinda hoping you'd throw in the differences between these and a regular gekko, is it just the folding ability? There is quite a price jump from these and the regular gekko.
