Bro insaan ke zindagi mein hamesha peace nahi aayega aur hamesha tension nahi aayega. Hum kabhi kabhi khush hote hain to kabhi kabhi tension mein aate hain. Isi ka naam to zindagi hai. Kisi mahapurush ne kaha tha, "Lagatar motivated rehna ek bimari hai aur lagatar demotivated rehna depression ka lakshan hai. Isliye jeevan ko hamesha madhyam maarg mein hi rehna chahiye". Yehi hai happiness ka asli definition.
To all the people out there, life doesn't always give you the moment to remain happy. Happiness is self created.. you can choose peace of mind through stable mindset. There are toxic people in everyone's life but you choose to be close or be away from them.. so don't blame anything but yourself if you are unhappy.
