Which is better; POP or Plaster Board

Plaster board is better because although the installation is seamless, it can be taken down in future for modernisation.
Also spot lights can be easily installed in as many position as needed to light the room properly.
This is my preferred choice.

Both of them are fine it depends on you and what you want. Plasterboards are easier to install and has a neat finish. In case any changes or repair works need to be done, replacing them is not difficult. At the end of the day, what you choose to use comes down to you.
