Thank you very much for the video, you have been a great insight for boxing in a Russian perspective. Gained a lot of great tips and new strategies to work on while I have been out of the gym. The weight transference for this jab with the weight ending on the rear leg to load up for the right is interesting, compared to the falling-step jab where the weight transfers to the front leg as they throw. It's a good alternative to mix things up.
Thank you so much for the value, I am very grateful for the value you are providing! I love boxing and I totally love your coaching! ❤ I feel I am indebted to you for the value.. This is true value, keep the good work up ❤ Support from India 🇮🇳 Literally thank you!
I love this coach because his knowledge is very valuable. I'm in America and if I were a professional boxer I would want him to train me. I guarantee this coach would make me a world champion!!!. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the world.
Adds an inch on the jab, also raises your lead hip and shoulder protecting your jaw getting your head off centre. Remember this is soviet style boxing always in motion at lot of ‘western’ styles of boxing teach no front foot rotation, just a different style
I like how he didn't mention what was actually wrong. I guarantee this guy walks on you because you didn't expect his white python strike... er strikes.
@@johnnyblaze373 Highly flawed. Jab is not for turning shoulder. And up and down jumping is wrong. Any good coach will get you to settle your weight into your punches, while using subtle and minimal footwork. Jumping puts you off balance and wastes energy. I don’t understand why so many people buy into this guys stuff. Some is ok, but plenty is wrong. Check out Precision Striking if you want good online coaching.
Best channel on RUclips can we see some strength and conditioning exercises please coach

That’s what I was thinking. I suppose a good way of keeping your balance without over committing.
Это не Советская школа. Это изобретение данного тренера.. то что он вышел из советской школы сам ,не значит что он это преподаёт..
Thank you so much, the amount of value you are giving is incredible.. I am so grateful ❤

That's such great advice for Soviet Style Boxing!
I just tried it and the length I gain is incredible!
Thank you coach and translator!
This guy is so light on his feet. I’m trying so hard but I’m like an elephant
Lots of skipping, shadow boxing and running on your toes will help your lightness
You also weigh like an elephant
@Theres_no_God_but_Allah_ damn bro... you're acting like a toxic ex gf. lmao

Nice one two 👍👍👍👍
Land on the back foot, will try
AMAZING COACH...where is school?
In Russia
Why is he turnin lead foot when throwing jab?
Adds an inch on the jab, also raises your lead hip and shoulder protecting your jaw getting your head off centre. Remember this is soviet style boxing always in motion at lot of ‘western’ styles of boxing teach no front foot rotation, just a different style
It's to line up your right to come down straight center... He's stepping to the outside of the opened foot of the opponent
I'm from Morocco how can I join your gym for training and thank you.
Travel to russia
Great ❗❗
This is so hard
...Seems like a jab/hook in one technique, in a forward momentum, timed with in a leap...
Bivol aply it alot with Canelo
Бивол не имеет к этой школе никакого отношения. Это изобретение данного тренера. У Бивола Советская школа тренера Исаева Н.П!
У Бивола школа Исаева.. а это изобретение данного тренера.
💪🏽🙏🏽
premature hand firing 🤣.
You can hit hella hard with this footwork because you're dropping your body weight into each punch.
Ted Wong JKD uses this principle.
@@zetareticulan321😊... Нет никакого , jкд
Omg this is pure BS.
How so? I'm genuinely curious 👁️👄👁️
Dude, right???? I hear all these people talking about the Russian style is so good then I see this and it's an absolute joke.
This is 100% absolute nonsense. If you want to learn boxing mechanics this is not the channel to watch.
Do not look, in any case, and then accidentally you can start to win
Whats this hop scotch hippidy hoppidy style 😂 id love to see a sparing session with one guy trying that 😂
It's the Soviet Style, watch the olympics. Or Bivol. Light on feet
Bruh dont know this style u watched like 4 vids of wbc clips😂
@calicodak5256 what?
USSR Boxing School highly effective at long distance and in defence switching quickly to offence.
I like how he didn't mention what was actually wrong. I guarantee this guy walks on you because you didn't expect his white python strike... er strikes.
Just silly.

@@georgekondylis6723 oh yeh? the canadian guy? well ill try this and his method and see what works better for me, thanks
@@georgekondylis6723Soviet boxing style works very differently but its legit, look at Dmitri Bivol
So Bivol who beat Canello is a silly fighter who doesn't know how to box
