@@thefoosterchannel in the inventory screen, pick up the backpack and place it in the middle. This is your tool belt, place what you want access to in the outside of the backpack.

I love when you incorporate the sound level when your in caves and noticeably when you guys are in the facility at the end
The slight echo effect put on your guys voices while in the cave is a great touch

Dude. The tiniest details in your editing are immaculate. When you guys went down into the printer cave and you added the echo to your audio - that's the attention to detail that adds the immersiveness this game deserves.

To get Virginia as companions in Sons of the Forest, you all have to put your weapons away and tread her carefully or she will keep runaway.
You can weaponize companion so they could fight enemy (Kelvin and Virginia) and joined the fight alongside you. Virginia also can help you protect Kelvin especially seeing you all leaving explore a lot, as Kelvin can die in Sons of the Forest. They both can be so much helpful for teams.

You probably won’t read this but I wanted to thank you for your awesome videos. The Forest videos mostly.
I discovered you years ago when I was still doing my A-levels and you were still having your baby voice! Since then I not only graduated but achieved my bar exam last month.
Back in the day your videos were the reason why I made an RUclips account. So I would not miss any the forest videos.
It helped me growing up in a new country after moving here.
Without the joy of your videos I wouldn’t have got through. Last year I got diagnosed with moderate severe depression as well and not only did the treatment help but also this community and the videos from you, Fisk, taco.
The forest video hold a special place in my heart and not only is sons of the forest nostalgic for me but somehow something makes me very happy to see you back at the forest again.
So I just wanted to say a big thank you for everything you’re giving to this community.

This video was amazing, as always! One thing I think you might find to be pretty cool is that the beginning, when you crash land on the island, is different every time. The cut scene and location of where you land on the island. A few other people I’ve watched have landed on the beach and there was even one where they landed on the snowy mountain. It’s such an amazing feature of the game

If you hold the button for inventory, you can do a quick select for items. You can also skin the creatures in the cave for Armor

Love all the new mechanics in this game, give it a new difficulty and a new sense of threat knowing that the cannibals can now take apart your base
On the 3rd or 4th day the cannibals start attacking like crazy (regardless of difficulty level)
@@woebringer7884 yeh the attacking part of the game defo makes it better cuz before you could just run back to ur base and it would all be ok sort of but now there actually is a enemy that you have to deal with

1:08:58 Fooster it’s really smart to built a house or shelter at that spot because your guys have a constant food source (fish) and a clean water running source that won’t give you parasites or anything. You won’t have to search for that stuff. It’s smart, it’s what I’d do but it’s your video and it’ll be great no matter what! I’m just trying to help ❤

Fooster. Always entertaining. Definitely a trip watching you on multi-player. There is a lot to learn and to find in this game. Probably one of the best games Ive seen. Smooth running. The Devs really went all out on it as well. BTW, be very careful how you treat Virginia. She will very soon attempt to make one of you a companion. You should never approach her but let her come to you. When she begins bringing you food, she can be converted into your friend and will come to your aid. She can handle a firearm in two hands. A crack shot with the 9mm and shotgun. Also, Kelvin needs your help and protection. The mutants will attack him and when hes dead, thats it. He can clear land and catch food which is a fantastic bonus. As far as building shelters, there is almost no point in the beginning of the game. Mutants can enter through windows and doors and they will just keep coming. There are a variety of mutants. Each does their own thing. I encourage you to dig and use your tracking beacons by placing them on a stick in important locations you might want to come back to. There is all sorts of good stuff underground in the caves. Oh yeah, Virginia can be tracked with GPS if you tag her. You can also give her clothes which she will need come winter. The seasons change quickly. Be prepared for winter. I trust there will be some fantastic content created by you. This game is incredibly huge. Sons of the Forest already deserves game of the year. Good Luck. Look forward to your videos.
