    Thank you very much for providing clarity on this issues that has prevented most Nigerians from the diaspora from investing in land banking in Nigeria outbid fear of loosing their investment.

    Thank you for this breakout. Pls if the Government Excision land doesnt have Gazette, how do we proceed to get the Governor's consent on it? Thanks

      For Ibeju-Lekki majorly right now, you might have to wait first, for a while, if the government will eventually gazette it.
      If the government has special interest on that area, you will apply for government allocation on that Excision

      First check if the coastal road doesn't affect your land, they have started markings
