I absolutely love your videos. You always have topics that I have trouble with and you always help me fix them or teach me new things. I also love that you have short videos on one specific topic. It makes it easy to go back and find an answer to something I am having trouble with. Thank you so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge on these programs, I know I really appreciate it.

Easy peazy. But I do think that it's a lot easier to do in InDesign than Illustrator for things like this. Great tutorial as always.

I agree that InDesign is pretty much always better if raster images are involved. Still, it's probably good to know how to do it with inherited files. :)

Hi. I am commenting on this video because it is your latest and I am hoping you see my comment. I actually watched on of your videos from 3 years ago on Exporting for Screens.
I have an AI file for a logo that a coworker created for me about 14 years ago. I have had people tell me the logo looks dated, and I want to "upgrade" it for 2025. What would you recommend I do with this old AI file to spruce it up? I have never used Adobe Illustrator but I am "game" to try my hand at it. If you have any tutorials that would be helpful for me, please direct me to them. Thank you.

@@pastorrandy hi! Thank you for reaching out! You can actually write a new comment on any video and I will see it, just don’t “reply” to a comment- a lot of times I miss those because RUclips doesn’t notify us. Anyway, I have one video that might help - How to Draw 4 More Easy Things in Adobe Illustrator
      ruclips.net/video/uruCDQn3NEY/видео.html
Or this one: How to draw or redraw 3 logos from low res jpg or png images in Adobe Illustrator - Full Course!
      ruclips.net/video/d7z14tgWrfE/видео.html
As far as upgrading the logo, thick lines and chunky shapes are popular now, but really it depends on your aesthetic and what you’re going for with your company. I hope this helps somewhat! Thank you for watching my videos!!
