Ec2 instance has a public and private ip address.. we can use public ip address to connect to ec2 instance from our computer. .. ec2 and mysql are in the vpc that is private network.. so ec2 can access MySQL db

Hi Sam, do you know why im being charged for the usage of IPv4 addresses? Is not part of the free tier? Is this cost: $0.005 per In-use public IPv4 address per hour
That's great until free runs out and the costs go up. I was looking for a cloud alternative to 'mysql on Raspberry Pi' but they're all to pricey, certainly for hobbyist, diy-er needs.
I can tell he never work as a aws engineer on database in real life, he just reading the concept descriptions from the aws page. not going to helpful in real work or technical interview.
