Do you think he should've played a little more outside shade if he is bailing?
Yes, keep the receiver in your line of sight. A good receiver is trying to get to your blind spot with your back turned
That could've helped
Even 2 years later this is still sound advice
if your playing cover 3 and dbs take read steps would you go ahead and start taking the read steps outside shade of the WR then bail to see both QB and Wr?
Yes. You always want to have the receiver in your sight, or feel. Not leaning into him or being able to see him opens it up. That stutter step killed him.
What’s cover 3 ?
@@shabanabuq corners play deep 3rd and cover 2 corners play Flats
Mind if I what program Youare using
💪🏾
What is he supposed to do
If your playing cover 2 and 1 and 2 run verticle, would i still take that step outside so the receiver and qb are still in my vision?
And also, should i be backpedaling and leaning into the receiver staying over the top of him?
Do y’all bail on Cover 2
dont we only cover flats on cover 2?
@@2OsNot3 No not in Cover 2. You are in the flat if the #2 receiver comes to the flat. Otherwise, you are getting depth. Tampa 2 could be a little different. I talk about both of them in my member's area. alleyesdbcamp.com/sign-up/
3 step read then bail you definitely can’t just watch the Qb the whole time
like he got on the field at least...
