- Lone full record from National Pastime. They were a UK new wave/new romantics band and supported Kajagoogoo's British tour. Members were Oliver Sheen (Bass, Vocals), Rupert Sheen (Keyboards, Vocals), Steve Broomhead (Guitar) Andy Daly (Vocals) & Mark Knott, (Drums). Built To Break is a stellar new wave album.
Awesome thanks.
Lovely album ! Beautiful music ! I have heard "It's all a game" in the past but none of the other songs. Thank you.
The album sounds better now x
Brilliant album, just ordered a CD from ebay, the last one, can hardly wait for it!
Awesome music
It's been like early Christmas presents with the frequent uploads from this excellent channel this month! Thanks 🙏
Brilliant band, watched them loads in 80s in Lancashire.
Their songs never gets old
"Shades Of Evening" sounds like it could VERY easily be an Icehouse song.
A very artistic and impresionant album, Thanks!
Just listened to full album, I love it!! Star tracks for me are: "Camoflauge", "Lunacy"(The sax absolutely rocks in this one): "No Goodbyes", "Modern Man" and of course "Built to Break"
Yes Tim, this is a brilliant album but too bad they didn't get the recognition they deserved.
The drummer never got the money he deserved 😮 in fact he had to pay £1000 after the band ended to extract himself from a contract the manager got him to sign ✍️
I"ve been listening "Its all the game" for the Last one year all days. Thanks for sharing. Ps: please post material Of "The Neutrons - Midnight Meeting". Greetings from Brasil
