This antagonist! Oh my god, I love Cetus so much. He feels like more of a threat then most villians in media now adays. Really someone you love to hate! The part where he silences Yuki when they are actually making some very good points really just adds to everything he stands for as a whole, and then walking away like nothing mattered. He's so horrible. I LOVE IT!
I just realized, maybe the reason Yukis mum doesn’t want her to rank up, is because she knows Yuki will become a rank 5. And since Yukis mum is a head of hell, she wants to somewhat rule in the circle.
Cetus is one of my new favorite characters, he's a contrast to Lilith and Mama Kat. Mama Kat being the nicest HoH by FAR, Lilith being more mischievous, making bad things happen but not doing the dirty work herself unless she gets angry. Cetus is a one of the HoH's that are clearly more egotistical, high held, generally explains his line of thought more, but only at a certain point because he always thinks he's dumming his explanations down, looking down on others. Once he feel like he's explained to much or gets annoyed too much he snaps! He's like royalty, I love characters like that in these type of stories, ESPECIALLY since the episode itself dove into the "classism" of hell and Cetus view on earth. Devin KILLED IT, some would say he ate the role up (I think, I'm not big on those terms), that aside Cetus beyond 10/10 character, the episode broke the rating system.
Alright,t why does like half the characters Devin plays manage to terrify me yet I love them all at the same time- But no Yuki was pushing it and was still so brave and Cali checking on Yuki and Onmaki at the end was beautiful. I Live their friendship(?) So much and, #OnmakiSupport
Resorting to scare tactics and violence proves he's the lesser in my opinion lmao. I have expected Yuki to straight up say ''You Don't Scare Me'' but understandable that mfer was terrifying. There’s a ranking system there already. At least canonical to the Bible. Angels are ranked 1-9 with the angels we know being the lowest named “Angels” whereas there are other types like the “Thrones” or “Cherubs” and a few others. In fact, the minority of them are humanoid, most are depicted as very different from human. The only reason “Angels” look so human is because as the lowest ranked, they’re sort of the interim between Heaven and Earth.

I literally jumped when Cetus snapped at Yuki 😭 I mean Yuki should've cut herself off knowing shes talking to a head of hell but she still has her old habits ( glad Yuki's habits haven't changed though ❤ ) AND HOW CALI CAME UP TO MAKE SURE YUKI AND ONMAKI WERE OKAY MADE ME SMILE IN AWE. this episode had so many surprises and i love the fact i get flabbergastered every episode. I love that we’ve met another head of hell! I honestly I like the principals design, I really can’t wait for some Yuki and Lilith encounters. Having another episode with yuki being in the rank 3 area would be so good especially with bale props to the voice actors ❤️ another great episode !
Omg. This made me feel so many different emotions throughout the episode.. I can’t even. It was an amazing episode. So much information to take in and so many interesting interactions. And most of all we finally met the principal! It was honestly so fantastic to see Yuki talk back to the principal it gave me all the happiness I need for the whole day. And the ending was so sad! Not going to lie, I can relate to Rank I, II, and III. No matter what peoples Ranks or social class is, people always have a way of having a Rank. Even such, the feeling of being lower than someone because of Rank hurts, the fact the heads of hell in this circle aren't realizing that this system is messed up, is messed up. I was expecting Yuki to back talk, snap at the principal. Of course, these character is higher in Rank, not surprised, but am shocked to hear he did not want Rank I or II in the school to help them Rank up. Know I'm just saying, if I was there I would talk back, no way I would let that man disrespect these adorable ones in that class and overall in that series. If I try thinking, since we are all earth born we would start off as Rank I ourselves, but can't you also go to hell being a Rank II? So saying that you were a earth born and you died and went to hell, in that circle you could be a Rank III right off the bat. But looking at the other earth borns that died and poof at there, some start as Rank I or II. But from the sounds of it, there is a chance anyone here could be a Rank III if this series was real life. I am not sure what my Rank would be if this was real life, I am going to say I would be a Rank I, anyone can and could be any Rank, no matter who their family is or anything. "Flowers don't get to pick where they grow, just as Kids don't get to choose their parents" This quote reminds me of this.

I'm not gonna lie, I think Cetus is immediately one of my favorite characters, by far. I absolutely love egotistical, powerful characters like this. The scarier the better. They just make it all the more satisfying to watch those they look down on either gain their respect or rise above what their beliefs call possible. Also, don't we just love when the villain actually makes good arguments?
