I dunno, I might be getting old, and I never thought I'd say this, but It's probably a bit too crazy for me on the streets lol. I just like a nice sounding motor
I spent a full day from open to close i couldn't see everything Particularly with all the people in the way and not being able to get close enough to see some of the details because of displays Or barriers So thanks for the coverage I have seen a few things I didn't notice on the day
Was that the Gemini that won summernats like 15 years ago? I think you have to give him the gong for the amount of work that went into it! there's probably a kilometre of masking tape there alone!
That Falcon GS didn't have any old six mate; that was Fords first ever performance straight six as far as I know. It's the mighty 170hp 2V. These would eat a 302 2V Windsor/Cleveland for breakfast in manual 4 speed form !!
@@AstillDesign I had a XY 250 3 on the tree, converted to 302 4 on the floor. Took it to the drags here in NZ 267 km away. Good Chevy mates advice.....dump the clutch side step styles.....the 267 km tow back home was one of the hairiest trips EVER, WITH SHAGGED BRAKES !!
Doing the lords work for those that are unable to make it to some of these events, thank you
My pleasure
Thanks H. You guys are getting better at these types of video's.
Glad you like them!
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure
Thanks for another great video mate. The quality of these car's are mind blowing.
The blue XB is my favourite.
Glad you like them!
Great video mate. What a great event.

Wow the 58;vette IS a bit of gear, hats off too the people involved in that one.
Loved it
Good to see my cousins Torana hatch back here.
Cheers Keith
Always looking forward to these videos 😎👌
Thanks mate
love it 🥰
There is no place for a hotrod in my garage, so I built one for my living room in scale 2:3 with a Jukebox functionality 😅
That sounds like a good idea
@@AstillDesign If you are interested, there is a video on my channel 😅
Stunning camera skills
Thanks Sean, appreciate the feed back, we will be doing a lot more shows in 2023
Another good vid just spewen didn’t get to see the Xb guys bmx
I was wanting to see it too.😁
Next time
Evil LJ for me. I'd drive it every weekend and spend every weekday cleaning it back up. And tough too. Kudos to the builder.
That’s for sure

So many great cars spoilt by out of scale wheeis.
Yeah there are a few builders that need to go to design school
Agreed!
Its a different world, and spoilt for choice
@@AstillDesign Yet so many go down the same path.

SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT
What’s the colour code of the torana first up in the video Mr Astill?
Not sure on that one.
Ford blue print blue if memory serves me correctly
Thank you for your reply gentlemen👍🏾
