Give them the benefit of the doubt. The Irish and English found a way, and the Catholics and Protestants did too. Syria has the opportunity to turn into a prosperous, "secular" modern Arab state.

I think the Syrian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Iranian, Kurd, (etc) refugees in Europe mostly plan to stay there for the time being. Too many wars and invasions and occupations, and rockets and bombs and stuff back in Eretz Ishmael. They're going to set up Semitic homeland in the UK.

but the rebellions are also a terrorist group designated by the US, and it was a branch of the ISIS. I feel like it could be history repeated, after the fall of the dictator comes the chaos by the ISIS 10 years ago. There will be a new round of asylum crisis. If you look at the eurasia group chief analysis, he predict there will be anther 1 millions refugees flooding to EU.

@GhostLGNDClashRoyale Syria has just gotten freed from a 50 years tyranny that was imposed on us by the west. Knock off! Give us a chance to breath!!! First the Othmans for 800 years, then the English and French dividing the country with no concern whatsoever of ethnic groups creating unending chaos. Then they left Syria to their puppets who massacred Syrians for 50 years, 50 years of ultimate oppression. Then created Israel to top it all off. Then for 14 years with the Russian and Persian boosting the massacre, displacing 16 milion syrian. Cut us some slack will you?

Israel will be playing only defense from here on out and they have no defense at all against the Orechniks.

Maybe actually have a conversation with the experts rather than swapping between them for 1 soundbite per expert. Give us enough context to actually learn something. This feels like getting people in elementary school answering questions, rather than experts in the field drawing our focus to the most important aspects and giving the context as to why.

The major problems in the region are directly the fault of Europeans, primarily Britain, for their arrogant division of the region into new countries, some of which either never existed or hadn't existed for centuries. Different cultures were ignored, and lines were drawn on the map without regard to the different peoples. This was apparently deliberate in order to keep the region unstable and, therefore, unable to ever unite and pose economic threats to Europe. It doesn't help that Erdogan is determined to rebuild the Ottoman Empire with him as the Ruler! He has voiced this many times and violated his NATO obligations in the pursuit of this insanity.

Turkey, Russia, and Iran seem to have agreed that the Assad government is no longer needed for their goals in Syria. As Turkey’s proxies make progress in the country, Russia and Iran have not stepped in to stop them, indicating they are either allowing or supporting this shift. This change in the power dynamics in Syria also reflects a broader strategy to reduce U.S. influence in the region. Israel, however, is deeply concerned, as it has started calling Turkey’s proxies "terrorists." This is a clear sign of Israel's fear that Turkey, backed by Russia and Iran, is gaining control and pushing out U.S. interests, which shifts the regional balance of power

And one of many reasons Russia has engaged in the civil war. Although the EU nations have (and should) decreased its use of NG, and the gulf states aren’t the best nations either, a ”if you don’t go extreme but embark on a democratic process without corruption, we will invest in a gas pipeline” approach may be a resonable attitude.

Pointing to the first 100 years or so of a baby nation is nonsensical. Of course it would avoid foreign entanglements & focus on the domestic. 21st century w/ global inter-connected trade & finance, as well as ballistic missiles, the Internet & on-demand travel, is a completely different landscape.

The proposition for establishing an independent state for the approximately 75 million stateless Kurds warrants meticulous deliberation by the international community. Kurdish aspirations for statehood are rooted in historical grievances and the principle of self-determination, as outlined in the Treaty of Sèvres, although subsequent geopolitical developments have hindered these efforts. Given the Kurds’ significant population spread across multiple nations, their quest for sovereignty is both a matter of international legal discourse and humanitarian concern, necessitating a balanced approach to address regional stability and Kurdish rights.
