    To be honest. I'm 28, male. i've never been looking for a luggage bag. I took a backpack and a workout bag on my last trip. I'm not looking for a bag to buy... especially special online that costs 150 US dollars (Unsure of the actual cost.)
    Most men aren't into getting the coolest looking bag or a brand new bag. They just need something that works and isn't expensive. That's my point of view anyways. Maybe I'm wrong but it's more women that want the next cool thing. Take that weird water bottle for example. Jessey cup or whatever. It's women that ran to the stores to pay 100 dollars for a fucking water bottle.

      I travel a decent amount, enough to justify a nice bag and I have looked at getting Rimowa, Tumi, Travel Pro etc and then I realized that my cheap soft sided carry on I have been using for at least 15 years still works just fine, looks like new and has a good weight. For a little while I toyed with getting an aluminum suitcase to match my Zero Halliburton briefcase and then I realized how heavy those things are, unnecessary and rob you of being able to carry more stuff due to their weight. So light, soft sided and 4 wheels are pretty much my recommendations. If you want to splurge there is no shortage of used expensive suitcases on Market Place either.

I remember going in a U-Haul and picking up thousands of books and bringing them back to the house and putting them in the basement and then watching him spend decades basically giving them away for free. Probably still a few boxes down there. What he should have done was hire professionals to edit, proofread, get a publisher etc. I learned a lot from that debacle. Also learned you should rent not buy a motorhome too from his mistakes. LOL. A few years ago he got conned out of another $5,000 from one of those we will help you publish your book clowns and thankfully that was the end of that. There's a world of these scammers out there.

    • @lasskinn474
      @lasskinn474 6 часов назад

      it's for people who think that other people think that 300 is not much for a luggage bag. rob did it sort of right at least though and went to the factory. I reckon hist cost is like 1000-1500 baht / 35 bucks. the logistics is the hard part where you can mess up really easily spending the worth of the product getting it to the market. the normal old business logic is that the manufacturer would get and have their profit in one 3rd of the retail price and the distribution/retail/logistics profit has to fit in the other two 3rds.
      3700 baht each acquisition cost out of the factory would get craaaazy quality, but really nobody has need for that, at that point you would be just be buying something nice to buy something nice and it's all about branding. out of lotus or bigc 1000 baht gets you a perfectly serviceable bag at retail already(so like 300-500 baht factory cost).
      being handmade is neither here or there as far as quality goes, with more money and bigger runs you can spend more money on tooling to get unit cost down and the product then gets less "handmade" , doesn't mean it would be worse being less hand made of course.

    You should be talking about the carry-on size limit changes or say something about how this fits 2025 regulations for domestic airlines. The travelpro bag I got last year is 23in and the new limited adopted by most airlines is 22in. Plenty of people need new bags or risk having to check their carry-on if they are forced to measure it. Airlines are expected to increase enforcement.
