Lighting a candle with a match is always a struggle for me! I have also had that jalapeno HEB bacon which is good as hell. I wish I was someone who cooked from cookbooks, instead of chaotically looking at like 3 recipes at once on my phone while it constantly goes to sleep and the screen gets smeared with ingredients! I definitely appreciate seeing where you go in Dallas as a Dallas gal myself, those octopus tacos looked real good.
