Looking forward to any tips and tricks that people share. 😃👍 I think one goal is to successfully freeze dry items that I can reconstitute in mini-batches ~ like Michelle was mentioning with the split pea soup during her video, in order to have just a few spoonfuls at a time if I want. Yogurt, pudding, guacamole, hummus, sour cream... the things that turn into science projects in my refrigerator before the container is used up. ☠ 😝 😂

What’s the difference between freeze dried and dehydrated?
The moisture is completely removed in freeze drying and the product is light and airy vs condensed …
