    Tried yesterday your recipe masarap 👍. May nasubukan akong glutinous rice flan recipe na kahit ilagay sa ref malambot pa rin, your's ok lng. Pareho namng masarap depende na lng cguro sa kakain.

      2cups glutinous rice flour
      1can evap
      1can condensed milk
      2 eggs

    How much water to caramelize the sugar because you did not mention it. Thank you

      I didn't use any water to caramelize my sugar. I used low heat and lifted it to prevent it from burning. I prefer the taste when I don't use water while caramelizing sugar.

      Hindi po sya tumutigas kahit i-ref ng ilang days. Proven ko na sya sis. Basta ilagay mo lang sa lagayan na my takip. Mas masarap ng malamig kainin

      Well I guess iyun nga ang purpose nung rice flour para tumigas/kumunat at maiba naman ang texture nya sa ordinary leche flan.
