Just FYI / Very few landing pages in the free version - you are showing the paid version. It's still good because you can customize but there are only 6 to choose from.

you link to it in the email that gets sent out to the subscriber. So when they receive the email there is a link for them to download it from whereever you are storing it such as google drive etc

yes you can change the template at anytime, you will lose all your designing/editing of the last one though, the new template will completely replace it
