Film on the life of Donegal weavers, showing them at work in weaving sheds, helped by their wives and families and on the conditions they live in.
Scenes of Donegal town and the neighbouring countryside; Brian Gallagher from Magee Tweed Company Weaving Department sends lorry driven by Eddie Thomas on way. leaves town and drives through the country, along roads and over bridges.
Meets with Peter Maguire and his wife Nancy. Peter goes to work.
