Braden fiske is my bosses nephew. I've watched his journey from western michigan to his transfer to FSU. This past weekend was such an amazing weekend for my boss and their family. I'm so pumped to see him in a rams uniform. Thank you guys for making Braden dreams a reality. Best draft of my life.

Rich that was one of the best interviews i have seen you do over the years and i am not being biased even though i have been a RAMS Fan for the last 60 years or more and my ten year old son is too GREAT JOB all a round .
I'm surprised the Rams knew what to do with an early pick. They've hit on a lot of later round picks with far more success than other teams. Lucky or good? Les Snead is living right. It helps to have McVey as your coach.

I believe he wanted a break from camp and the regular grind, but he’s probably going to get the itch when he sees his guys in the trenches in the Winter
Rams got an extra 3rd round pick because Raheem Morris was black and he 100% deserved the job but I think it played a tremendous role in the Rams trading up. Messed up world we live in. Everyone should be judged on merit only.
He gambled too much in coverage.. also had the dbs playing too far back in coverage tbh bad enough we couldn’t make the crucial tackles on 3rd down..I think this defense will be more fast and physical especially on the back end with the vets that can lead the younger core now 🐏
@@erichwentz2866 Google is your friend and no he didn't get hired because of his race and neither did any other black coach and they are all 100% deserving but to reward the team they left from is absurd. That is all I'm trying to say.
That's a real bad take. AD said he can't see himself in any other uniform and that includes his hometown Steelers. If AD comes back it's wearing those horns and that's the only way it should be
@@milkcrate805You don't know how the NFL works. Numerous times people have come back from retirement to retire a __team name__. Without an official trade. When you retire your contract is still binding and you CAN be traded. Just like how Gronk came back and was traded for a 4th round pick. Generally isn't worth anything though since most people don't come back after retirement.
@@Vermonstered dog you are completely missing the point. WHEN YOU ARE RETIRED YOU CANT BE TRADED THATS THE POINT. AD IS ON THE DECLINE, NO DOUBT, DONT LET THEM MOVE YOU BEFORE THE DRAFT AND GET TOP VALUE FOR YOU WHILE YOU CAN STILL PLAY. Best things the rams could do is TRADE AD FOR TOP VALUE AND FURTHER BUILD, INVEST IN STAFFORD (protection for him) and depth on defense. AD DONT WANNA BE MOVED
@@milkcrate805 Sigh, thanks for proving you're a juvenile delinquent with that nonsensical spiel. If AD wanted to return he very well might be traded if he waives his no trade clause as again, he's returning from retirement and likely has a specific plan in doing so.
Les Snead is hands down the best GM in football… Doesn’t take himself too seriously… But is confident in who he is
100% correct
Brandon Beane...Go Bills!!!

That was so good. Love our GM Les. If he’s not the best he’s in the conversation.
Love this interview…gonna rewatch now…
Great interview
Les Snead is the best GM in the league. The Bills GM could learn a few things.
Ohhh how awesome it would be to bring Donald back as a D-Line coach.
Lucky to have him and McVay.

Me, too. 60+ Lifelong RAM Fan!💙
They are bringing players to LA that is reminiscent of the 70sand 80s LA Rams .. love the way they think
When can I buy an LA Rams Eisen jersey?
Love this organization, i know aaron will come back!!

Best GM in the league no luck involved
O h a competent GM
I know Aaron can probably be in there if he wants Even in a fill in role Think that wouldn't be out of the question if we were in the race
Love it ❤
I loved him in Terminator 2 He played a great T 1000
Les is playing chess while other GMs playing checkers…
How many times can one man say "Let's call it" in 15 minutes?
Let's call it, many times
Literally the ONLY thing I hate about this dude. Lol
It’s worked for him bro
it’s called filler words man give it a break lol everyone says “um, like, literally” etc
Let’s Go RAMS 💙🏈 All the way!

I know nothing about trading /investment and l'm keen on getting started. What are some strategies to get started with?
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable.
I'm guided by a widely known crypto consultant
Mrs Nancy Williams Laplace
This is correct, Nancy's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
Nancy is considered a key Crypto Strategist with one of the best copy Trading Portfolios and also very active in the cryptocurrency space.

AD coming back already???? Tom Brady at least waited about 4 months til he decided to come back. We drafted our next D-linemen! Maybe AD is jealous!?
I believe he wanted a break from camp and the regular grind, but he’s probably going to get the itch when he sees his guys in the trenches in the Winter
I could see him possibly coming in during the playoffs for another Superbowl run
Corum is gonna be a backup Rich
Donald gonna get back when we make the playoffs

That's nonsense. Morris ethnicity had nothing to do with a 3rd rounder or getting a HC position.
