Killer marbles man! That Sylvania “bulb” was a TV tube. My Dad use to fix TVs back when I was a kid. He had tons of different tubes in the basement. Great video. Take care.
It also could be a radio tube. They burn out like light bulbs, and I have found quite a few. Some tubes can be worth a lot, especially the early ones from the 1920s.

Not much else to do not being vaccinated and in the middle of a pandemic. There are people younger than me getting covid and passing away around here. I dont go anywhere except to the dump or the river. Just cannot.

Green army men! Had tons of them over the years, great memory, my buddy and me used to sit on a bridge abutment over the creek in the 70's, light the feet on fire, and watch the hot plastic fall down into the water,they made a cool sound when they hit . We sure didn't know how good we had at the time. The marble company history is interesting,it's cool that they were in the area. Seems I learn new stuff every time I tune in! More info for my Selective memory. Wouldn't be complete without a squirrel man update, squirrel chatter kills me every time! Stay good.

These are niche categories. Not many people are into arrowheads and marbles Aaron. I could have a million subscribers like some people here....but 99% of those people purchased them. I get like 200-500 subs a month on average...that is about right for this type of video. I should add Fishing videos or something that is far more popular like that...then you could maybe make a million subs. Several hundred thousand anyways. Many people are into fishing....just not this kind of stuff. Arrowhead hunting....you know....how many people really collect arrowheads....then how many people get on youtube and watch videos on arrowhead hunting? That is the issue
Yea...I dont have time for anything like that. It takes me from 10-11Am till midnight to dig ...then get a video done. Doing one everyday....no time for anything else but youtube

That is not how it works on here. The guys with a million subscribers.....dont really have a million subscribers. 9/10 of them. How many people even in the US collect marbles? Then how many of them watch youtube videos? Same with arrowhead hunting...or any treasure hunting. A lot of these larger channels here doing "Treasure Hunting"............are FRAUDS.

@@kit3182 Yes...I have been Walleye Fishing there in the past but never walked any beaches. I have seen people find arrowheads on those lakes on the shores ..well photos of finds. I guess there are places with bottle dumps up there too. That is an awesome place for sure Kit
@@rockscousteau There was over 2,000 shipwrecks out in Lake Erie. Most of the sea glass and China you find washed up there is from those ships. Even bricks were on the beach. Those were used to weigh down the ships. We wished we had known the history before we went. I was sent to the Cleveland clinic there in Ohio. Trying to find some beauty in all the ashes , my husband took me there to rock hound. The rocks there blew my mind. It was like a edited picture on Pinterest. All the different vibrant colors and unique shapes. I was definitely in heaven on that day. I’m sure we will have to go back and when we do. I’m heading for that shoreline again! Another Joy moment was the sunflowers that were washing up on the beach. Not another soul out there but us. My favorite flower is a sunflower. ❤️ there’s no doubt that was a God send. That place definitely holds a special place in my heart. ✨✨✨

I am getting whipped from the digging. I went today and the ground is just to wet....the cave ins are so bad. We need some dry weather and then it will just be excellent. I made a video today and did pretty good...but got rained out. But I found cool stuff...several nice marbles again. Finished that frame

Pretty sweet day finding marbles, my favourite was the baby blue and lavender one! I also always have love the chunks of glass marble you find. Squirrel Man looks happier every time we see him!

I can't believe all the marbles you're finding in that hillside dump! That concrete with the marbIes embedded in it, I think years ago, people used to do concrete garden walls and stuff where they would embed marbles while they were building it, I'm sure it was way before marbles became so valuable as collectibles though. Its really nice to see squirrel buddy feeling so much better and he certainly has his spirit back. You're doing a fantastic job taking care of him, that's for sure!
I moved to a different spot over further last night and got into marbles there too..I will have on the video later...working on it now...I am going back to dig the rest of the day till dark here in about an hour. I think the new hole I opened up will have some nice ones

It must have been. After digging in there...I think that is a different throw away....that first piece was like 3 inches thick and off another pour. This stuff is much thinner. But it is everywhere. I found more of it today
I even found more than that.....I found a bunch but you know....most were those clear blue ones..how many of those could I show. I will open your package in my next antique store video....I am behind. I am waiting for a rainy day. Sorry it is taking so long....I am swamped. Takes me 9 am till midnight to dig and finish a video. That is what i am doing now a video...LOL. It wont be to much longer. Really good day on marbles today ! That multi colored rainbow was nice, even if it is in cement. On yesterdays video you found a boxing glove. If it was orange & black, I think it could be a promo for Exon. Their mascot was a tiger, they put out little promo things like a tiger tail "Put a tiger in your tank" etc. The tiger print boxing glove might have been one too. PS. That German marble from yesterday was fantastic. :~)

You could make a bird bath with all the broken pottery and the chunks of concrete with marbles could go around the base of it. Just a thought for those beautiful pieces.Squirrel man might enjoy it too! Can’t wait to see your marble frame! ✨✨✨

@@kit3182 Yes...I have been Walleye Fishing there in the past but never walked any beaches. I have seen people find arrowheads on those lakes on the shores ..well photos of finds. I guess there are places with bottle dumps up there too. That is an awesome place for sure Kit
@@rockscousteau There was over 2,000 shipwrecks out in Lake Erie. Most of the sea glass and China you find washed up there is from those ships. Even bricks were on the beach. Those were used to weigh down the ships. We wished we had known the history before we went. I was sent to the Cleveland clinic there in Ohio. Trying to find some beauty in all the ashes , my husband took me there to rock hound.
The rocks there blew my mind. It was like a edited picture on Pinterest. All the different vibrant colors and unique shapes. I was definitely in heaven on that day. I’m sure we will have to go back and when we do. I’m heading for that shoreline again! Another Joy moment was the sunflowers that were washing up on the beach. Not another soul out there but us. My favorite flower is a sunflower. ❤️ there’s no doubt that was a God send. That place definitely holds a special place in my heart. ✨✨✨
Squirrel 🐿 man is looking thick! Healthy lil beaver 🦫! Lol. Those were some amazing marbles you found there, and those chunks of cement with marbles in them just amaze me… what a sweet spot to dig!

It is just all the digging man--dump digging...rowing a kayak....sifting arrowheads...and just being active all day long

I am getting whipped from the digging. I went today and the ground is just to wet....the cave ins are so bad. We need some dry weather and then it will just be excellent. I made a video today and did pretty good...but got rained out. But I found cool stuff...several nice marbles again. Finished that frame

Yea I like it too...I just like the arrowhead hunting better. But I will continue to do this. Some days the water will be way to high....or other factors....so this ...I will always do. I will have on another dump video tomorrow. I did pretty good today

Pretty sweet day finding marbles, my favourite was the baby blue and lavender one! I also always have love the chunks of glass marble you find. Squirrel Man looks happier every time we see him!

I can't believe all the marbles you're finding in that hillside dump! That concrete with the marbIes embedded in it, I think years ago, people used to do concrete garden walls and stuff where they would embed marbles while they were building it, I'm sure it was way before marbles became so valuable as collectibles though. Its really nice to see squirrel buddy feeling so much better and he certainly has his spirit back. You're doing a fantastic job taking care of him, that's for sure!
I moved to a different spot over further last night and got into marbles there too..I will have on the video later...working on it now...I am going back to dig the rest of the day till dark here in about an hour. I think the new hole I opened up will have some nice ones

It must have been. After digging in there...I think that is a different throw away....that first piece was like 3 inches thick and off another pour. This stuff is much thinner. But it is everywhere. I found more of it today

Really good day on marbles today ! That multi colored rainbow was nice, even if it is in cement. On yesterdays video you found a boxing glove. If it was orange & black, I think it could be a promo for Exon. Their mascot was a tiger, they put out little promo things like a tiger tail "Put a tiger in your tank" etc. The tiger print boxing glove might have been one too. PS. That German marble from yesterday was fantastic. :~)

@@rockscousteau I think it was a key chain. But its been so long ago. I still remember the little tiger tail piece w/ elastic strap, that you'd hang from your gas tank lid though.
