  • You can learn how to Crochet a Light Heart Dishcloth for Valentine's Day in this DIY tutorial video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. You can use this for a dish cloth, hot pad, coaster or a decoration. It's great for Valentine's Day! This crocheted heart uses medium worsted weight yarn and a size H (5 mm) crochet hook. And check out the chain loop border edging!

      Naztazia I have made shawls that you posted with ease but would you believe I had the hardest time with this heart and with the beautiful border. Finally completed it and want to show you my finished product, but don’t know how to add it to the comment.

      This pattern is indeed a bit challenging because of the rounded part and counting and loopy border parts :) RUclips doesn't seem to allow photos, so you can either make one of those newer (1 to 15 seconds) RUclips Shorts showing it and link it here, or feel free to post a photo on my FB page.

      @@mirkos_mentee my question is like how do we increase the stitches in the top of the heart? I mean when we increase like 1dc and 2dc in next 5 stitches so to go bigger should I like do 1dc, 1dc and 2dc in the next 5 stitches? I hope you got what I’m trying to say

      I did the math and she increases by 12 dc overall each row, don't know where to go from there tho

    Such a cute heart 💖! It would be perfect to embellish a cardigan (even a store-bought one!), or a crocheted bag, or a ‘patchwork’ afghan. If I wanted these to get dish cloths, I think I’d use cotton yarn, which can withstand a lot of washing. Thanks for your very easy-to-follow tutorial, I just had to become a new subscriber!❤
