TBF, the point of Skullgirls is that every character is broken. Peacock has God tier zoning, but characters like Painwheel can fly through it, Big Band can armor through it, and Umbrella can invalidate almost all of it with one super.

In order to find an accurate comparison we need to go outside of fighting games because peacock is the most powerful fighting game character in history, no one else comes close. The closest thing to peacock i can think of are the one man army+danger close+ grenade launcer spammers from modern warfare 2.
