    They get paid less because they have worse jobs. That's not two issues. Why they have worse jobs could be anything from systemic prejudice to them simply not applying to the better jobs.

    The 2 quotes comparing wages in this segment was stupid. Obviously that woman wouldn't have the skills to be a bartender, so why would she deserve that job
