  • A fascinating view of the largest World's Fair in history held in 1904. Hundreds of images, early film footage, and engaging interviews offer a glimpse of the world as it was over a century ago, brought to life through hundreds of never-before-seen images, rare file footage from the earliest days of motion pictures, and comments from nationally recognized historians.

You do realize there is some footage and photos of them destroying some of the world's fairs buildings right? Most were just wood and plaster. Heck there's a film clip of when they demolished the decaying 1915 world's fair palace of fine arts pavilion in 1964 because the original was just plaster and some thin steel. There are also countless surviving buildings and structures from multiple worlds fairs still around such as the 1893 chicago world's fairs palace of fine arts building because they had to construct it with better quality because of laws and means to protect the art that was once held inside.

@@raymondhutchinson7156 you are ignorant my friend. they created this worlds fair narrative in order to cover up the fact that these magnificent structures were already here when we discovered America. majority of these buildings and structures got taken down, demolished, or intentionally destroyed in fires in order to cover up the true history and to pass on their fake new world order narrative

If done voluntarily, respectfully, fairly, and safely for the participants, being able to view and perhaps experience multiple cultural practices in one place would be fascinating and truly educational. Seeing people from far flung, “exotic” places doing their daily thing must have been mind blowing to the typical Midwesterners who traveled to St. Louis for the fair.

"Every Jack as good as his master" is a proverb that means everyone, regardless of their social standing or background, has the potential to be as skilled or capable as their superiors or teachers. It suggests that anyone can achieve mastery or excellence if they dedicate themselves to learning and practice.
      So informs Google.

Learned souvj! I enjoyed learning about the turn of the century and all the inventions new then are do much taken for granted now. Light, autos, Food ,Peoples of the World.
I am of an age as I will not see another turn of the Century probably. I would love to but it is doubtful.
I suggest all families keep their diaries up to date with as many thoughts and current information as Possible. Your future generations can look back and see how far THEIR generation has progressed.
Happy History Making. I'm sure the 1904 Worlds Fair seemed Like an impossible dream as it was attended.
The Louisiana Purchase was one of the Most Important acquisitions for America in our history. IT was called Seward's Golly. I wish those who considered the purchase of half of the United States Now ,axwaste ofmoney ,time and that it could be of no Use to America. I'm sure the opponents of the Purchase would be Amazed at America's " Louisiana Purchase lands Today.
Thank you for this documentary. Please share this as I'm sure there are people Like me ,who had no Idea of it's importance to our future.🇺🇲💙🙏✌️
