Since you were looking at ceilings, it's clearly an offset "god" bunker. They've sealed up the shaft multiple times, which you can do with offset bunkers. It works by disconnected, via a gap, one foundation from the rest. Then, you have to be careful with where you place roofs, and you can create a type of stability bunker that way.

The people who was your first enemy is some people that i met on a build server and i got to raid there base its a stability bunker with 2-3 layers depending where you raid from and the cheapest way is get to the midle and then blow straight down
