- The Rams are building a training complex in Woodland Hills, a neighborhood of Los Angeles in the southwest corner of the San Fernando Valley. The team will move to its new address later this year, initially working in modular trailers similar to the temporary complex they’ve occupied since 2016 in Thousand Oaks.

We Rams fans appreciate the update, John. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!
Apperciate the update. Being a life time resident of the west valley or as I call it the armpit of Los Angeles, hot in the summer wet in the winter. Often the hottest part of the city of LA. It begins to get hot in July and stays that way until the end of September. Temperatures often reach over 110 and for the most part will hover around 100 most of the summer. Just yesterday it was 108 in Woodland Hills. Then in the fall you'll have strong Santa Ana winds. If they're going to using this as training camp, there really should be an indoor practice field.
The permanent facility will be indoors.
I hear you, the hottest place I ever lived was Burbank, it can be pretty intense, too.
Nah. Not armpit of Los Angeles. Not “armpit of Los Angeles.” Not “armpit of Los Angeles”. Not “Often the hottest part of the city of LA.” /
Big Rams fan here. I appreciate the update, John.
Thanks for the update John. You are an LA treasure. Its interesting to see those poles with cameras. They did not include those in the renderings.
Wow that is cool, Go LA Rams!!!
Great update John, miss Fry's Electronics as well!
Thanks John , always a GREAT JOB ! look forward to the NEXT one.
The flight pattern into Burbank is right over Sherman Way! Flights follow the road directly into Burbank.
Appreciate the time and the effort to give us this awesome update. Please, protect yourself from the sun and wear a hat and put sunscreen.
Yeah, it's a haul to the West Valley. Thanks for sharing with us.
It’s Warner Center. Woodland Hills Mall used be on that land..the high rise building used to be the headquarters for Blue Shield medical
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the video, can you get a new video of the Sofi stadium area construction, Thanks
This facility will be so much better than the Chargers facility. I can’t wait to see it once the permanent facility is up and running.
They should make the new headquarters into the shape of a Rams helmet. 😁 💪🐏☝️
I wouldn't expect anything less. Also expect a whole Ram mecca, including a team hall of fame and other areas of interest for fans to visit.
@@JEK Awsome!
As a Ram Season Ticket holder and Valley resident, I am a bit underwhelmed by the project, especially compared to the Chargers Facility
Be patient. The Rams are building so much more than just a practice facility.
@@allensales5534 hope so, there is a lot of potential there
@@vahebaronian3127tons of potential and with an owner like Stan Kroenke who is no stranger to commercial development i’d expect nothing something very special to come to the community.
Seriously. The chargers knocked it out of the park in uniforms and practice facility location. Even the design is better and has 3 football fields in El Segundo. Whoever is handling these Rams decisions is getting outclassed by the damn chargers. Go Rams!
Chargers training facility looks more impressive IMO
It seems like the 13 story building can be re purposed ??????. It's done on other structures seemingly in every city around America. Where factories are converted to condos, for example. We shall see which way they go .
Coming down to make way for the indoor permanent facility.
Please pay attention to what Allen is saying, he has his finger on the Ram's pulse more than I do.
Maybe they can put one of those fields in SoFi :)
Chargers is better.
I’d hope so. This is a temporary facility. Chargers had it easy as theyre leasing the land and building. They dont own it.
@@allensales5534this is the rams permanent facility that they’re building. The chargers just built a permanent practice facility
The Bolt was designed by Gensler architects, I should hope it looks modern and fancy. The Rams facility is temporary for now, hence the utilitarian look thus far. Kroenke goes big or doesn't go at all. We have no idea yet of what their permanent facility will look like, it's likely still being designed. There is a much larger scale plan in mind, if you have been paying attention to what Rams executive, Kevin Demoff has been saying.
@@Linz.Edwardthis is Rams permanent location but the actual facility currently being installed are Temporary modular building. The permanent building will house the indoor field as well as the headquarters of the Rams. Retail, dining, residential and even an arena are all coming to Warner Center. Stan Kroenke is building so much more than just a training facility.
Nobody cares about the Cha Cha’s. They’re nothing more than renters. Have fun practicing next to a poop recycling plant, an oil refinery and an international airport.
Nah. Not not familiar with this area and more. /
There are a lot of really nice gated communities out in Chatsworth and Calabssas areas and am I'm sure a lot of the Rams live out there.
This is awesome and exciting
Love seeing updates go rams wales uk
Lucky me, I live three blocks away from this facility. Woodland Hills has been my home since the late 1950's.
Do more of the "Bolt" from the ground level. Is there a train depot near the elevated track?
No one cares
I'm looking forward to seeing it up close for training camp.
You’re close to the Orange Line and first Cheesecake Factory. I lived there for 19 years.
I'd like to figure out the practicality of taking Metro from El Segundo to WH.
@@JEK That would be a wild ride bro. Gotta go through Union Station and then to the Universal City station and from there the Orange Line.
@@JEK take the red line to north Hollywood to orange line to Woodland Hills. I moved away 18 years ago to Seattle.
Can you please do a haircut video
I saw the tent on the sidewalk. Looks like Kroenke has already moved in.
LA loves Stan Kroenke!!
