Your take down spring needs more negative tension on it. The lever is cocked side ways. Causing it to slide forward. Pretty much bend it open more then install it.

Anywhere. Switches aren’t some high-skill modification, they’re essentially little chunks of plastic/composite. Anyone with a 3d printer can produce endless amounts, and they are easy to ship without drawing attention.
I did hear that the polymer 80 triggers might do something funny, I’ve heard of the P80 triggers shooting binary sometimes. And for the slide coming off, I would assume that the take down pin moved because of the recoil or it must’ve broke in half.
