Just discovered your videos. I have to comment because I want you to know that you come across very sincere and knowledgeable. I feel that you really want to help people. I am looking to get into Cloud DevOps or System Architect. My question is - do you recommend bootcamps. If so, any one in particular? Thanks a million.
Wow, thank you! Bootcamps can be helpful. But do your research and check with other people that have attended to get their experience. I have historically been a fan of self-study more.
Thanks a lot for laying these topics all out for us! I have the Cloud Practitioner cert and I thought I was ready to take the SAA exam but I failed it recently as i took it for granted, it's not an easy exam at all! But that just means I gotta go back and revisit the material and you have helped me put more AWS topics in perspective and really drill down so that I know these topics! Thanks again 4 all that U do for us and see you in the next one! Cheers!
Man, your videos are amazing. I'm a cybersecurity analyst and working to switch to the cloud. I'm about to do a java BootCamp so I can have a language under my belt. I look forward to all your vids.
Hi Greg, I haven’t done a great deal with databases I’ve always been fortunate enough to have DBAs. I’ve done some small projects with MySQL and very small understanding and a rough high level idea of how they work. How can I gain more knowledge on DBs etc for AWS?
Hi Greg, I want to get into the path of cloud security, I have knowledge of cybersecurity, hacking and programming with python and linux, I have never worked in IT, my plan is to start with aws partitioner, and then continue with solution arch and then sec, do you think I could get into some work? My doubt, is if I have to do some SOC path (blue team) or directly I go for cloud, and the last doubt is if I need to do comptia sec+ (I have the knowledge from other courses, but I can't afford the price of the certification for the moment) or with aws partitioner is it ok? Thank you very much for your time.
You've built some great skills already. I think your plan to focus on AWS Cloud Practitioner and then AWS Solutions Architect Associate is a good one. Be sure to pair it up with some hands-on labs
Hi Greg, I'm following your inputs and I really appreciate your efforts for providing great insights about the cloud environment. I passed my CCP exam this month. What would you suggest to go for next SAA or Developer associate certification . Would like to know your recommendation. TIA!!

So glad you're enjoying my videos! Best of luck on the bootcamp! See you in the next video!
Why are you jumping, if you don't mind me asking?
@@valj239 cyber security is becoming a bully job. Ppl are getting worse personally
Your videos have been of great value to my journey! ThoughtfulTechy Guy, I wanna see you sharing about Security!
Thanks! What about security are you interested in?
By security will you consider a CompTIA S+ cert as sufficient enough or is there a cert you can recomend
Security+ is a great foundational security certification
