Dear Bernina, I have a Bernette Chicago 7 two years ago with a good discount in Montreal (it was the expositional model). To my surprise i did not get the bernette Embroidery Software Customizer. i would like ti know what to do to get it. Thank you.

Dear Kate, with the software you can: resize (no limitations with ART-files), rotate, mirror or change thread colors. The advantage of the bernette customizer is that you have the ability to combine designs and you can create lettering with all fonts that are installed on your computer.
@@Mybernette Wow, that sounds fantastic, thank you for explaining that to me. I wanted to find a software program that would allow me to combine designs and add lettering. I love knowing that I could use any font on my computer. Is it possible to download a trial version? Finally, I assume that I would purchase this from a dealer, is that correct?

Como logro informacion mi bernette chicago 5 la acabo de estrenar y no logro cuadrar la puntada el hilo bajo es muy tensionado y hace prense ya he revisado bajado la tension me ayudan

O sea: hila superior y hilo inferiro. - Utilizar otra bobina / carete. - Si todo este no sirve, tendrias que dirigirte a tu tienda BERNINA & bernette donde comprastes tu máquina. Suerte! Dear Margaret, no unfortunately this is not possible. You have the option to send embroidery designs to the machine or to create your own designs in V8 and then send them to the machine.
The bernette Customizer Software requires a Windows Operating System. The only option to install it is on Intel-based MAC computers using BootCamp (or Parallels).

Please ask your dealer were you buy your machine. Maybe the reason is that your machine was a expositional model.

Can I use a bigger hoop in my Chicago 7 bernette?
Hi :Kizzie-Renae:Davis, there are 3 hoops for the Chicago 7. The biggest hoop has a maximum embroidery area of 11 x 17 cm.
