It’s January 7th 2018, almost a year from this games launch and I still love watching people’s reaction to this game trailer. I’ve watched yours literally 5 times.
Same here. The video along with her reaction brought tears to my eyes as well. When I use to see people cry over things they like, from the outside looking in i thought it was silly, then when u find something your passion about your feeling truly take over. I understand now why people get emotional and it's just tears of joy.
destiny spider It really is incredible, I love the epic direction this game is taking. it's amazing how much the voice acting has added to the Zelda franchise
When a new Zelda trailer comes out, my immediate thought is "Oh I'm gonna have fun watching reactions on youtube". I love how many people are passionate about the series! Thanks for recording your reaction!
Thank YOU for sharing the experience with me! If you ever want countless more reactions, make sure to catch my stream of it when it launches! Thank you for stopping by, friend!
3:28 is always where my eyes get watery. That theme kicks in and reminds you “yep....this is Zelda”. It felt like a culmination of everything the series has been. Really is an amazing game. Even the story, with all its faults, was amazing. That’s why I’m so excited for BotW2. Skyward Sword completely nailed the story. Breath of the Wild nailed the gameplay and world building. Imagine what’s in store for us if we get both in a single game.
Incredible reaction. I love your passion for this series. This trailer really gave people something new and epic. Hopefully the Zelda team can keep pulling off the magic.
Every time in a while I come to remember that Great date 03.03.2017. I was there. The game world change one more time, like in 1998. Thank You Nintendo.
Even after 2 years, the scene with master sword in the beginning evokes such strong feelings of nostalgia, that tears start welling up even though i try to push it back. The number of times i've had to go into that forest through different gaming platforms and series to obtain that sword and shoot lasers out of it on full health are are so numerous that it feels like second nature to me. This game wasn't only about Link recollecting his memory. It was also about me recollecting mine.
Always have those tissues on standby every time I watch this trailer. Just knowing that this went from a simple adventure to a grand epic with deep stories and soaring music scores brings such tearful joy to my heart. I am proud to have grown up with the Legend of Zelda, and I look forward to adventure with Link once more.
Every little while I come back to watch your reaction to this trailer. I think it's because it's my own reaction too, and it means something to witness others feeling the same way that I do about the Legend of Zelda. It's hard to explain, and people would probably think it's silly, but few things so immediately evoke strong emotions the way these games do. Somehow their music and imagery and lore just *instantly* bring about tears, but also make my heart swell inside. And this trailer packs so much of that into just a couple minutes, it's intense. Anyway, thanks so much for this ♡
Eh... The game awards go entirely off of sales and how much money gets made off of the game. If Breath of The Wild ends up being the system seller that many think of it as, it most likely will win. Plus Mass Effect Andromeda needs to make sure not to pull off a Fallout 4 where it doesn't meet expectations.
Just found your video on Nintendo Labo...that video was amazing. I'm in tears with you on this one. Thanks for sharing your emotion. Obviously the game lived up to the hype it created with those trailers. Hope you enjoyed the experience of getting to actually play the game.
Back then, I didn't know this was a Missclick video, I was just searching through reactions. Glad to be part of your community here and on Twitch. Still one of the greatest trailers for any media, followed by the best song
Loved this reaction.! So genuine and real. Zelda is in your heart the same way is in my and so many others, can't wait for your reaction to the tears of the kingdom story trailer that we will sure get in a couple of weeks.
This trailer still brings tears to my eyes. Your reaction is exactly how I reacted. Best Zelda of all time for me. After my second playthrough I can confidently say that it's beat out my former pick of Ocarina of Time for the #1 spot. That game brought me so much emotion, but this one brought even more because the stakes are that much higher and the quality is so incredible! If there was one game I had to play for the rest of my life, it would be this game.
Wow it's been three years ago since the trailer and this reaction video dropped, the very two things that got me and many other followers to become a fan and friend of your very self! Breath of the Wild at this point, has become the massive life changer of a game as life would've been so very different without it. I salute it and of course I thank you very much for doing what you do; keep it up!
I just recently discovered your channel and subscribed, but I watch this trailer (on Nintendo's channel) on a regular basis because it just brings back so many fond memories of when the game first was coming out and it was still new. Every time I watch it I think of what it was like to see it for the first time and how people reacted, or I imagine how cool it would be to show it to someone who played Ocarina of Time and was then in a coma for 20 years. They'd think it was a Disney animated film trailer, not a playable game. Then after convincing them that it's an actual game I'd pull the Switch out of the dock and let them play it on a portable console.
47 years old and a new Zelda dropping makes me cry every time. Been playing Zelda since the nes it’s a huge part of me and I share this love with my son. Even my dogs called Zelda
And here I thought I was the only one who got this emotionally moved by Zelda games. It’s been my childhood as well. The original Zelda on the NES was the game that made me a gamer for life. Ocarina of a Time got me through one of the most challenging years of my young life. As did Windwaker when I lost my grandma to cancer. BotW came during another hard time, facing injury and surgeries. My point is that Zelda and Nintendo for that matter have always been there for me and are in my heart and soul. It seems to be in yours as well Miss. :) Subbed.
It is now almost December of 2021 and this release trailer still gets me emotional. THE Definitive Zelda trailer for the franchise... "This is our All or Nothing for now, so let's make sure folks have a way to remember this franchise by"
Looks so magnificent...this game and this girl too who looks like our princess Zelda :) Great reaction ;) And good game in this epic Zelda Breath of the Wild ! Sorry for my english... i'm french :)
You're too sweet! I'm humbled by your compliment! This game is going to be amazing. I'm glad we could share the hype! Your English is GREAT! No worries, friend. :)
It is now over two years since launch, almost three, and this trailer and reaction still bring chills and tears to my eyes. Even now, I never go a month without adventuring a bit in Hyrule. This game is magical.
This is your first video in RUclips and This reaction and Starfox (Starlink) reaction are the best I've seen... you really love Nintendo and I really love your channel...
For me personally I didn't even know about The Legend of Zelda games until Breath of the Wild came out and now I'm posting Where and How to do Shrines all the time! I also loved your reaction even 5 years from then!
I've watched this at least 5 times now and I'm still getting chills I think that this is set sometime after The Wind Waker which itself is set sometime after Ocarina of Time. Nintendo have absolutely killed the trailers for this though!! Zelda is so gorgeous!
I would have to say I agree! It seems to make sense with the Koroks, the resemblance to the Ruto, and even the Deku Tree! But maybe they're pulling a fast one on us! I guess we'll have to wait and see!
I made a really long post on the official trailer, but I'd agree. I put it after Spirit Tracks and said that every scene that we see of Link and Zelda in her white dress is 100 years in the past. That scene in 3:41, slowed down, shows Link with the broken master sword and Zelda in her white dress meaning it broke before he slept. I think Zelda slept for 100 years as well, but slept in her white dress. The scene at 3:44 would then be the moment she wakes up (which would probably wake up Ganon). And the scene with the Master Sword in front of the Great Deku Tree could be 100 years into the future, after the sword was fixed.
This was hands down one of the best trailers ever made. Your reaction was basically just like mine. I grew up with Zelda. BotW felt like a reimagining if the original game, which was also my first zelda game AND first video game, so this entire thing was like seeing my childhood brought back to life and amplified.
I personally hope (and think) that it is a sequel to Zelda 2. After all, this game takes place 100 years after one of the games. It can't be 100 years after Wind Waker because of Spirit Tracks. It can't be 100 years after Ocarina of Time in the Adult Timeline since that Link specifically never came back to Hyrule. It could be 100 years after Twilight Princess, but all that we have to suggest that is the geography of the game. It also cannot be 100 years after Skyward Sword since Ganondorf isn't born until several 100 years after that. This only leaves one timeline left and that is the end of the Downfall timeline. I find it much more likely to be a sequel to Zelda 2 because there seems to be no major holes in that theory. As for my the thoughts on the joined timeline theory, I think it could be interesting, but I actually like having a Zelda multiverse. It could allow for a grand story similar to DC's Crisis on Infinite Earths.
I'm predicting it's 100 years after OoT in the Downfall timeline, and is going to tell of the Imprisoning War (which we originally thought OoT was until the split timelines came up).
Dmen05 i believe this is after ocarina of time but before wind waker and before hyrule ended up under the ocean: you can also see here in the trailer the blue flower that in wind waker is sold in windfall island as a rarity
@MissClick. I was crying right along with you my dear! No shame in crying! I feel the same about Zelda as you do! Keep that beautiful smile going!! You have a new Zelda friend. ☺
During my childhood I was a lonely boy, because my epilepsy. Zelda Ocarina brought me time and space to recreate and have some friends. Time passed and a pandemic stroked the world: while I was in confinement I bought the nintendo switch and Botw helped me to overcome lots of hours without worries. I just came to the game thanks to this video, while looking how new video games were doing by this second decade. I am so thankful to this lady because her video help me to find a worthy game to breakthrough.
Zelda is the greatest RPG of all time. The franchise has single-handedly transcended gaming as we all know. There was no open world games before Zelda. The dungeons where epic. Find map, compass and master key. I'm ready....Zelda is the reason I am a gamer. Been a fan since the very first one on the NES.
I always thought of it as an action RPG. But he is right Zelda was the first 3D open world game with Zelda OOT there is a reason it's still the highest ratted video game ever made can't see it ever being topped. Got to remember we went from platformers to a full blown 3D game like Zelda OOT in one generation think of crysis of it's day but on steroids I still remember the wow factor and have yet to experience it again.
I just watched this again, because A) the trailer is perfect and B) being a huge Zelda fan myself, I felt the exact reaction you did, AND I cried at your reaction. A+ 10/10 would cry again.
I just found this video after forever. I don't know Everytime I see this trailer and the first one for Twilight princess, I just get so much nostalgia and butterflies in my stomach. I've already played the games so many times and the trailers still get me.
Wow MissClick i was not expecting a response lol i was too busy going through zelda conspiracy theories my other theory is that those tentacle enemy things are the first monsters you fight in zelda nes :P
I could watch this three times a week. Gives me inspiration for write some fantasy stories World looks fantastic 1:52 part old lady talking about Ganon and Royal family. 2:47 Tree talking like that And 2:56 voice of someone s approval either Link did have memory loss what happend 100 years back or he was very young at the time and have to grow up doing some tests of bravery and other hero reguirements Havent watch playthrough yet
I also nearly cried when she was crying. It was such a beautiful and deep scene. Seeing her kingdom fall to Ganon and her love for her people that possibly died. She wept uncontrollably. Beautiful. We never had Zelda this emotional before and hearing her father urge Link to save her was a beautiful part too!
cool to see so many people excited for this game!! :) Zelda was also a huge part of my childhood! There's fans, then hardcore fans like us! :) you have my sub!!
just pre-ordered my switch I haven't owned a Nintendo system since N64! even with all my Gameboys and 3DS which I gave way to my little brother and sister... after seeing everything on Nintendo switch I am in fan boy tears over zelda and the new mario!!
It’s January 7th 2018, almost a year from this games launch and I still love watching people’s reaction to this game trailer. I’ve watched yours literally 5 times.
Do you not feel this one is a little staged. It was late compared to some of the other reactions. Seems the bandwagon has a space left.

Happy 3rd anniversary of the Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! And your RUclips channel, Miss Click!
This scene when Zelda cry 😢😢😢
I just watched this again, because A) the trailer is perfect and B) being a huge Zelda fan myself, I felt the exact reaction you did, AND I cried at your reaction. A+ 10/10 would cry again.
Had the same reaction.. this trailer is so awesome. I'm still speechless. Where you're from?
You're right! The trailer was absolutely amazing! I'm from the US. Eastern coast. :)
I haven't seen this until now but what an amazing trailer. Talk about goosebumps. I even started crying. Truly incredible.
i think that loud music would go well with the game's action and battle scenes.
Yes! I think there will be some, but for the open world I think the spacious music will be a nice adaption!
I just found this video after forever.
I don't know Everytime I see this trailer and the first one for Twilight princess, I just get so much nostalgia and butterflies in my stomach. I've already played the games so many times and the trailers still get me.
Open your eyes...... ITS NAVI!
HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS BEFORE *flips computer*
HEY! LISTEN!
Wow MissClick i was not expecting a response lol i was too busy going through zelda conspiracy theories
my other theory is that those tentacle enemy things are the first monsters you fight in zelda nes :P
Navi died in Ocarina
I could watch this three times a week. Gives me inspiration for write some fantasy stories World looks fantastic 1:52 part old lady talking about Ganon and Royal family. 2:47 Tree talking like that And 2:56 voice of someone s approval either Link did have memory loss what happend 100 years back or he was very young at the time and have to grow up doing some tests of bravery and other hero reguirements Havent watch playthrough yet
305 subs and 1 video, that is very, very difficult. You are lucky.
I know! I'm so humbled! That's the beauty of the Zelda community, I'd say! Thank you!
zelda has the same bracelets on her arm in the last scene of the trailer as she does in skyward sword when she is in her hylia outfit
except for the fact that they're golden in this trailer and blue in skyward sword
This game was the reason why I bought a Switch!
As a long time Zelda fan , this looks amazing! The graphics and attention to detail is incredible. I've been watching the trailer non-stop!!!
Zelda is so pretty in this game!
I agree!!!
Just like missclick 😍😊💖
Sidon and Mipha are both looking good as well
I just rewatched this reaction! You are so great!
Zelda ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Did you see that Zelda amiibo?
I did and I'm in LOVE!
I can't stop watching these videos! ❤️ 😭
"That's breathless"
Yea. It's Breath of th Wild
Watching her reaction to this makes you fall in love with your favourite game all over again >.
My theory is that BOTW will unite the splitted LoZ timelines into one
Rob_13 Like a fourth timeline with elements of the others. I think the same way
2345Teeth lol someone's actually gonna believe you, stop spreading you opinions as facts, (at least say it's a theroy)
or might b a separate timeline from Skyward Sword since it also had timetraveling like in Ocarina of Time (especially the ending)
You were correct
its apart of child Link timeline and after twilight princess and four swords adventures.
Legend of Zelda musical soundtracks are always the best. Favorite series every since i was a little kid.
WTF LOL IS A GREAT REACTION, I LOVE ZELDA GIBSLCJSBG
just pre-ordered my switch I haven't owned a Nintendo system since N64! even with all my Gameboys and 3DS which I gave way to my little brother and sister... after seeing everything on Nintendo switch I am in fan boy tears over zelda and the new mario!!
