Right this isy last episode and I've been watching since day one I'm so tired of Andrew trying to make everything about him he's the worst of the group and he killed the pod that's why there views have been dripping
@zaplanty The podcast was always meant to be about him. If you've listened to the very 1st episode Geoff wanted to call the podcast Andrew or the Andrew podcast
@@FactoryDan you're incorrect because the podcast was conceptualized between Jeff and Gavin during an episode of let's Play Minecraft actually do your research if you would know that they decided they may be wanted to call to Andrew after they had invited Andrew onto the podcast
@@FactoryDan you're incorrect because the podcast was conceptualized between georf and Gavin during an episode of let's Play Minecraft actually do your research if you would know that they decided they may be wanted to call to Andrew after they had invited Andrew onto the podcast
Andrew steadily marching through the newspaper was one of the funniest bits I’ve heard in a long time. Saved the remaining scraps of the episode with that pot of gold.
I had pretty high hopes for the punchlines bit which went straight into the floor when the argument about how to do the bits started, but then when Andrew finishes his first joke and there was complete silence I died laughing but yet again everything plummeted back down with 2 hour-long news stories back to back. A real rollercoaster ride from the Boys of Dumpty this time. Overall 7/10 would listen to facejam again
Gavin screaming "HELP" as Andrew continued reading the news article legitimately made me begin choking with laughter, any doubts about the quality of this episode, at least in my mind, are dwarfed by the sheer joy I got from the panicked chaos of the entire punchlines bit. It's usually the stuff they're worried about being terrible that brightens my day the most.
After years of being incredibly entertained and brought to laughing and crying simultaneously, it's amazing to suddenly and so thoroughly learn that Geoff and Andrew cannot tell a joke...
Got a setup for number two; The army's invented these brand new ceramic plates that are absolutely invincible and they've been testing them and testing them and testing them, turns out they can block a tank shell dead on. Well the general in charge decides it's time to do a human test in front of the press to get some good publicity going and all that, but who's going to wear the vest? Well private Jimmy was the most recent guy to f**kface himself so he's going to put the plates on and go out and stand in front of a tank cannon in front of the press. Well the day comes they get everything set up, the reporters are there, private Jimmy steps out in front of the tank gun in the general gives the command a fire. When the smoke clears private Jimmy doesn't exist anymore, he's completely gone, no trace in sight. The general panics because this is a complete disaster he turns to the lead scientist next to him and says "Look at the high speed footage. Can we at least tell why the plates failed?" The lead scientist turns back to him and says "Beats me, he wasn't even wearing 'em."
This episode was hard to watch and I can’t ever imagine trying to relisten. The episode title will be ingrained in my brain to be sure I never hear it again. Which means I’m dedicating mind space to f**kface. Sounds like a win for the guys
I've been slowly listening to the whole podcast and enjoying my Regulation Listener status. I'm retiring and starting my life as a Comment Leaver for this episode in particular. For three historically hilarious people, this was the most painful thing I've ever listened to. I couldn't be happier for Eric. Holy God I'm heaven if it weren't for Gavin actively crying, I would have thought you actually planned for this bit to crash and burn. I loved it. I hated it. You're all geniuses and idiots. I have up Listener status for this.
What if Andrew has a show where he either compiles a whole week of his local newspaper and talks about important stuff or once a week he just reads one paper and that’s it😂
I’d love that lmao. Him reading it and giving little thought and opinions. That’s why I’ve watched the tuxedo video so many times it’s just Andrew talking
This episode is a disaster but I don't know if I've cry laughed harder at this show than I did when Gavin said "I'm turning my computer off" midway through the Newspaper bit. That was so funny
I never watch podcasts but the F**k Face podcast as well as there does it do series are my favourite as a long time supporter of ah/rt this is the way lads
I had the same Starfield gun glitch as Gavin but all I did was change my skin tone and then changed it back. I think you just had to adjust something you didn’t have to actually change your guy. For me though I went to new Atlantis and then realized I had contraband and got a 1k fine. Which is about 20 coffee mugs so I wasn’t too bent about it. I have an outpost (just 1 lmao) where I leave contraband so I had to remember where that was, offload, get my bounty fixed, THEN do it.
@6:30, then, @6:37, listen to geoffs explination of what he is trying to do as Gavin clearly tells him how he's missing a very key part of the rules he established, @7:01 Geoff completely disregards everything up to this point and awards Gavin the win...
Andrew on the topic of starfield: "I feel like so much more is possible and I could encounter anything essentially on any mission. There's just so much more mystery and intrigue in my exploration of those worlds." IMMEDIATELY followed by a conversation about getting pestered in game about extended warranties and mortgage rates. 🤣 And immediately preceded by a discussion about beginning the game in debt and house buying/organizing... Yeah, this game sounds magical.
bath huddle? what about Recording a full episode with Andrew, Gavin, and Geoff in the bath, it'd be like the icy hot recordings except wet instead of burning. also I loved the aristocrats of financial news bit
Starfield is the best game ever made because you can go to a new planet and do a collection quest! And then you can go to another planet and do another collection quest!
Hey Andrew. There's a quest you can do for the mortgage guy if you choose the house, where you can immediately wipe your debt for doing like a simple quest 👍
I’ve seen every episode of this podcast and all supplemental content. This was the worst episode by far. I love the commitment to the f**k face bit but 20 min of figuring out how the bit is going to go and who is gonna go first to then listen to 10 minutes of the news was madness. I almost ate a pencil to make it stop. That said I will continue to watch every episode and love the podcast!
Its so infuriating lol geoff CLEARLY said he had a premise for number one but didnt do it Then he tells andrew he said he wanted to do one and not to do it Then he CLAIMS he said he had a premise for 2 but didn’t do it 😂 Geoff its right there in the video. You cant dig yourself out of that one. Andrew was right 😂
Re listening to old episodes again. Forgot about this one, shouldve just let DC keep it tbh if i was any member of this podcast having to listen to that youd only hear one isolated gunshot from my audio feed. Sometimes andrew is great, rest of the time i wish i he never met anyone from RT back then
If I'm ever in the situation to recommend this podcast to anyone, I'll tell them to start with this episode. If they make it through and they still want to hear more, they're never going anywhere else.
Using AHIJKOQRUWY, I came up with a bunch of six letter words: "harrow," "quarry," "quirky," "quokka," "wahwah." The longest word I was able to come up with was seven letters: "warrior." "Kayak" is probably the longest palindrome.
I'm pretty sure this took the spot of the Andrew trial debacle as my least favorite episode to listen to. Just between the starfield talk then the horrible derailment and execution of the joke bit by Andrew, I had to skip like 25 minutes of episode. But I'm still here as a comment leaver since episode 11 and down for the long haul
Part of the argument leading up to the punchline segment should have been cut, that was way too long. Also definitely some constructive criticism, but I legitimately think Andrew's tangent/punchline joke was too long to a very unfunny extent. It was about four minutes straight and Gavin cut it off. Reading a paragraph would have sufficed tbh, but maybe others enjoyed it.
God this might just have been the most painful episode yet but I have never laughed harder
Is this more painful than the pencil argument or Geoff's condiment rant?
Might actually be the newest worst episode to introduce the podcast with
My first one and I'm all for it.

Writing punchlines for each other had so much potential and then it turned into a disastrous top-tier fumble. AMAZING
Yeah and then Andrew got ahold of it
He ruin that bit like he ruin to the podcast

Appreciative ❤
Where’s the “skip andrew” button i want that
And legends say Andrew is still reading the newspaper to an empty discord room to this day
Gavin has creeper parents in a new game🤣
Last episode and this episode perfectly encapsulate how good and bad (but good) this podcast can get.
Gavin response of "well I can but it just makes my hands feel funny" had me in literal tears 😂
Andrew's Norm MacDonald impression for the third punchline was great
“I can do it, it just makes my hands feel funny!” Should be the next punchline
I almost died when Andrew said "I want outa this car" 8:20 😂😂😂😂
After years of being incredibly entertained and brought to laughing and crying simultaneously, it's amazing to suddenly and so thoroughly learn that Geoff and Andrew cannot tell a joke...
fever dream episode
There's two types of people. Those who hate the newspaper bit, and those like me who laughed nonstop during it.
I love how they laugh at the idea of the letters of the alphabet ending with "ay", when that's basically what most of the letters are in french
It's true, é is just "ay"

The newspaper bit might be the funniest thing Andrew has ever done. Somewhere in the afterlife Norm MacDonald smiled.
Regulation listener here, could we get weekly market news reads from Andrew? Loved it haha
This is condiments pt 2...
Honestly? Absolute banger of an episode, I loved this one so much

Gavin best bit ever, it's just Andrew took too long to do anything. The entire episode from start to finish
MY GOD that website f**kface is SO good, 10\10 🤣🤣🤣
I actually checked the midreel ads just in case one of them was for RocketMoney, which would have been the perfect cherry on top.
Andrew reaching new heights of infuriation while also making me laugh harder than ever is one of the most confusing feelings I've ever had
Andrew, eat the pencil!!
Do it you wont!!!
I always look forward to seeing your comment on here lmao

Bro this bit has been amazing so far 😂😂😂
Gavins right tho he is also italian so like its like two negatives they cancel out or something
This punchline section made me lose it in the best way possible
Andrew's bit was genius. Inspired.
"[Cyberpunk NPCs] feel like empty-headed drones compared to starfield"

51:20 for the end of Andrew's "bank" joke

why do you even listen if you're going to skip the best joke in the episode??
Kunda hated that long joke.. 😅 but love you guys

Eric, you just sat back and let this happen cuz you wanted our reaction. TELL THE JOKES ALREADY JESUS

This is the dumbest back and forth I've heard for the most pointless and roundabout reasons.

minus the andrew "newspaper" joke i think it was a great episode
172 episodes and it suddenly becomes a videogame podcast?
I think the whole idea has been that it's a "whatever they want to talk about" podcast.
Andrews 2nd joke is the best thing that's ever happened on a podcast looooooool
