A friend of mine is a millionaire. He drives a Toyota Corolla, about 15 years old, with 250,000 miles . I asked him, WHY don't you buy a new car ? His answer "it will do another 150,000 km, why would I ??" Life's perspective 😎
I lived in Thailand for many years. There is a 200% VAT tax on cars made outside of the country. The housing prices are similar to your country but income in Thailand is lower. I do agree with you, having your own home is important for your sense of security. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford it.
Thanks Natasha! Very interesting. In Minnesota new cars are very expensive and it makes sense for most people to buy in the used market. Interest rates are far less than yours. However, the interest rate you get depends on your credit history of responsible financial behavior and can range from 7% to 20%. Hugs and kisses from Minnesota😘
I have a 2010 Honda. Purchased during the pandemic years when prices were high. So making payments on it. It's a good car with good mpg. More hugs and kisses from another human in Minnesota .
Natasha, I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT. I bought it new for $41000, but I gave my older Subaru in trade-in and had only to pay ca. $10000 besides the trade-in and I did not have to finance it. It is a very nice and reliable car - it has all the extras. I also have a pick-up truck and I also own my home. Greetings from Northwest Arkansas.

Thank you for the interesting presentation. As long as your baby show car is meeting your needs, I think it is smart to keep it. So yes owning a property is very important at least here... @@Madmax714211 yes, sometimes there is a fight if you live in a block with low number of parking lots, but not so often, usually they simply scream on each other.
I am lucky, I can park next to my building until ~8 PM, If I arrive later I may need to wait for somebody to drive away or park in a different places, 2-7 minutes of walk.
J'espère que tu ne travail pas pour Gazprom.

What a beautiful background behind your back. I remember Poland in 90s when I was a child looked exactly the same like the place you recorded the video. See nothing changed in your country. Weird idea. How about you improve your lives instead of producing weapons and invading other countries?

The girl is kind of depressed. All videos have the same theme: “High prices. Oh, Horror.” Everywhere in the world prices are high in relation to wages. Everywhere! This is called the government's monetary policy. In any country in the world, this policy exists and the salary will not be enough for all your desires. Therefore, stop whining, and you just need to find a balance between work and rest while enjoying life.
Why on earth do you want sympathy ,from the world ,when you are destroying your neighbours
Peaceful enjoyable to watch , great info on your economy and life, sorry about. Your inflation/ rising costs.
Do you know about the Christian Series ( The Chosen ) ? By Dallas Jenkins , check it out, I believe that it may be translated into Russian language. But you are able to understand English enough, God Bless Natasha , 😊 kd
