This video gave me so much hope ❤ I'm still struggling with finding my style, but seeing how yours had to develop over time also, idk, it just helps my trusting the process. Thank you for sharing your journey 😊
Oh that really makes me so happy - that's exactly why I share my artwork! It definitely is just lots of practise and eventually things start to slot into place as you realise you do things a certain way without realising. Thank you so much for watching 🥰🧡
It's amazing to see how your style evolve through time! I really love the seals page and the one with panels that has a lighthouse and boat 🥰 Thank you for sharing all your thoughts Katie ❤
Thank you so much Teresa! I think that's why I love sketchbooks, because it really helps to see the evolution! Oh yes I remember being so pleased with those pages! It was so nice to look back through this one 🥰 Thank you so much for watching 🧡
Thank you so much! I loved that it included some of my really old stuff because it's so easy to forget how far we have come sometimes! I think I need to do a new landscape soon and use those purple neocolors again 😂
Thank you so much Jaclyn! Exactly!! It can be so easy to continue our art practise and not realise how far we've come - sketchbooks are perfect for showing us that we have! ❤️
All beautiful spreads - the fish and the mushrooms and the boats are my favorites (although I also love the playfulness in your spread with variations on tigers). Love seeing these!
I particularly liked the tiger exploration! I could tell you were really trying to push yourself and try new things. It was successful. I also really loved the Nat Geo timed page with the Sequoia trees. The entire page is fun. Nice to see your progress!
Thank you so much! It was so nice to see the experiments in here, and a good reminder to go back to them and not get stuck in a mindset of not trying new things! The Nat Geo page was such a fun one, I really love that one too 😊 Thank you so much for watching!
You are so precious@@KatieMoody ! Yesterday I bought a Stabilo Woody pack and now I am asking RUclips for videos about Woody and you have done one 🙌 I will prepare a cup of tea and watch it in a minute ❤
