  • I'm following the gymnastics ring workout routine from Bodyweight tribe. This is my update at the end of phase 2. Apparently, by the end of this I'm supposed to have a Greek God physique
    It's an 8-12 week workout plan mostly using gymnastics rings and entirely using bodyweight exercises. I have extended it by a bit and have just finished phase 2 after week 11

    I have no affiliation with them, just wanted a workout routine for the next few weeks/months

    I'm actually planning to do this workout program, how often do you do it a week?

      4 times a week, two push and two pull sessions
