I wouldn’t worry about the looks you are getting from passers by, the results speak for themselves.
The looks are people wondering what the machine is and people see it and it does bring in more work
If I were a council manager responsible for pavements, what an easy way to gain friends and influence people, the visibility of the finished job is quite stunning and really for not that much effort.
Definitely. A clean and orderly streetscape makes the municipality more beautiful and pleasant and the neighborhood gets a better atmosphere including walkers etc.
As you indicate, it could be a way of added value that is definitely loved by the residents.
I did not realize my life was missing a sac(k) war, thank you and Acres!
🤣🤣🤣
love watching you get that moss up. Such cool tools.💗💗💗
Thank you 🤗
What a great machine and what a difference you have made.
You did a great job there lad. Well done!
Very nice work ❤🎉
Thanks 😄
What a transformation! Well done.
So enjoy that piece of equipment. Thank you for sharing the video!
Curtis you have done an amazing job on this pavement. It’s 100% better and safer for pedestrians. Wishing you a lovely Christmas ❤❤🎄
Great channel and great equipment I like to see Power Tools being used you don't have to wear yourself out to get the job done.
Just like that mini digger in your last program
Ps merry Christmas to you and your family
Thanks for watching👍 you to have a good one
Nice clean Job,if that was the council there would be traffic lights etc !!
🤣🤣🤣for at least a week aswell
Greetings from Finland! -- Lets get that spraying going!! -- So satisfying to watch! I love the fact that you show us the cleaning and bagging parts as well!
I wish you Merry Christmas and loads of good luck with the channel 🎄
Love watching your videos Curtis!! Merry Christmas!!
A game changer nice work buddy
Good job, well done. Never seen a machine like this. Very useful. No doubt, if you were to put your sign up on the path whilst doing the work, you could get alot of business out of it from people going/driving by.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Great video mate 👌🏼
A fantastic bit of kit
Top job👍
Thank you for everything you do👏🏻 Supersatisfying to watch that moss fly off👍🏻
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks 🙏
well done mate and thats an amazing piece of kit!!!!
I'm in this business myself, but in the Netherlands. I can't clean up the neighbors property for free. These brushes cost a lot, I do have a different machine, but brushing in general cost a lot. In this case, the RUclips community pays him. Be aware of that. He's not good solely on himself, but on your behalf. I don't have anything to say on his work though. Seems clean and rational.
You've got over 1k likes and I've subscribed..great work mate!
Good job ! 👌
Very cool machine!
That is an impressive bit of kit. Dont know whats going on with the Moss in the UK this year, but its getting out of control. I had to get my roof cleaned as big clumps were falling off my roof daily onto our pathway. And then you walk it into the house.
Awesome video. Looks so clean and tidy now
Have you tried using a wire brush for those small, tricky spots?
Absolutely superb job, keep up the great work, kind regards and take care, Mark from Billericay 😃👍
Do you prefer the Westermann to the other more expensive machine you were trying out?
Awesome! Love moss cleaning! For smaller jobs so you ever scrap moss off?
How long do the bridges last on Average, and how much to replace the brushes, great bit of kit and job you did ✌🏼
Nice video and well done. I noticed that you don't put any, Yellow health and safety triangles, for public safety. I'm sure it would be much appreciated by those using the foot path/side walk.
Can you tell us what the machine is and costs ?
Living on a farm in Ireland
Brilliant job, but, with all this council tax we have to pay, makes you wonder why the council don't invest in the equipment required to do this kind of work, having said that, they would never do a better job than you!!!!!😊
Thanks yea they don’t seem to ever do anything local to me
1) Money. Can’t spend or won’t spend.
2) Out of sight, out of mind. If you live somewhere well known (eg an area popular with visitors) or next/near to someone important eg an MP you might get things done, otherwise forget it.
You should be claiming a share of people's council tax 😂😂
Councils are money laundering schemes. Jobs for the boys & friends of friends of friends. I’d suggest at least 50% of council tax budget is wasted
If it was near the mayor's house you can be rest assured that the work would be done. I have a soft spot for politicians.......a swamp 😂😂😂😂😂
Great job mate. I’m the same doing extras to Improve things for free.
I tried cleaning the moss outside my house with my jetwash. Bad idea. Cheap tarmac got blasted full of holes even on the widest nozzle and held far away.
Awwww. The moss wasn’t doing any harm; it was supporting its own little community.
It’s alright in the right place but on a public footpath is not that place. It’s extremely slippery if stepped on and an elderly or partially sighted person could have a nasty accident.
@@juliebrooke6099and the bloke part way through mentioned he had already slipped before 😣 What’s council tax for if they won’t maintain a safe and tidy public space?
I don't understand why a local council is responsible for sidewalk maintenance. In America, the city builds the sidewalks, but edging and cleaning them is up to the property owner/renter. Because the way it is here, you have a roadside curb, some grass, then the sidewalk, and then thd rest of your yard. So edging them (getting the grass and soil overgrowth off) and pressure washing them is all up to that home owner. Relying on some sort or level of government to get something like that done would literally mean it never gets done, so you just do it yourself.
The council owns the road and the path so it’s for them to maintain. The home owner owns their driveway and lawn so that’s their responsibility. We all pay taxes for the council to do these communal areas but sadly they don’t always do their bit in a timely fashion.
Good Job 👏👍👏👍👏👍. Lazy council not doing their job as usual.
Outside YOUR house....😮😮😮😊
This machine works very well on moss but does not clean the dirt too well which is a breeding ground for moss and the chemical is absolutely necessary to kill off all remaining moss, fungus, etc.
What that Like use on Slope do you wish had self Drive see it Knackered Tattoo Gardener I got a brush for Stihl Kombi it Pushed me Against a fence are you in Bankrupt Surrey Town
Johnson sweeper with metal brushes then you've nothing to brush up

im already feel tired going back and forth..lol
Just spray it be a good human being life is not about making money all the time.
The moss is only there because whoever owns the conifers let them get overgrown. Stop blaming the council for this one!!
All that moss didn't grow in a couple of weeks. There was negligence and the council is the culprit.
@frankstrawnation you're stupid!! Negligence is from the hedge owners!!!
What’s council tax for but to help maintain the area they are responsible for? When people can’t use a sidewalk because it’s slippery with moss, that’s on the council. They SHOULD be out minding what’s going on but instead are busy stickin their noses where they aren’t needed.
