Thank you chef for your kind answer. Is there any ratio of hot water to syrup? And, may we use the residue hot water that was made for adding to the syrup in the cooking step (over boiled water has a distinct smell)

Hello Sir ,today I tried this recipe, I am very sad to share that my rasgulla it didn't come out ,it took almost half an hr for me to rub the chena and it was very sticky, at last had to throw everything in dustbin.😂,but I will try again

How to dry the Chenna properly once in cloth ?
My chashni did not get foam as you, even though i tried add more cornflour.
N when i uncovered the chashni, rasgullas shrunk.
I tried everything and this was my 6th time i tried rasgulla and failed.

Today I tried this rasgolla receipe it was perfect super soft spongy superb colour everything was perfect but in this receipe sir has told to cover the rasgulla for 5-7min but I prepared without covering the rasgolla and other process are same.

If u add more water then sugar syrup will loose sweetness, A halwai knows, it's secret😶

Sir में आपका और आपके videos इतना बड़ा फैन हु उसके पीछे बोहोत बड़ी वजह है,मेने अबतक बोहोत youtube पे video देखके बोहोत dishes या खाने की recipes बनाई, उनमे से 95% रेसिपी नही बनी या बोहोत बुरी बनी,और आपके videos देखकर मैंने recipes बनाना शुरू किया और आप विश्वास नही करेंगे मेरी एक भी reciepe खराब नही बानी सब टेस्ट मैं अच्छी बनी,क्योकि other youtuber सिर्फ मसाला की quantity या कितने चम्मच लेना है और कितने देर तक पकाना सिर्फ ये बताते है पर आप पूरा details में उसका secrete ट्रिक्स,tips hotel management mai sikhate hai वैसाही आप सिखाते हो,और आपके एक videos mai दिया गया knowlegde केवल उस video की रेसिपी तक मर्यादित नही रहता वो खाना बनाते time बोहोत सी रेसपी पे aply hota है, मैं तो ये बात बहोत confidenlty और निशंक होके कहता हूं कि ,जिसको कुक बनना है उसने होटल management की बजाय शेफ भूपी के videos भी देख लिए तो उसको होटल मैनेजमेंट में सिखाते उससे 100 गुना अच्छा knowledge मिलेगा

Chef Bhupi , Namaste ab tak aapko maloom ho gaya hoga ki mai aapko kitna regular follow karta hoon. Your earlier Rasgulla recipe you had said that after cooking the rasgulla in sugar syrup , transfer it in a bowl containing this syrup and plain water. (Also the ritha part , I would personally prefer ritha over maida ) .But this time you have said in plain water with little syrup.Then will the rasgulla become tasteless or less sweet ??
Please explain. Normally halwai transfer it in dilute syrup. How to keep the rasgulla soft ??
