I smoked cigarettes for 5 years and was able to completely transition to vaping back in 2017 and certain side effects that came with smoking went away such as constant coughing up nasty mucus, sore throats, once in a while smoking felt like it caused my lungs pain which vaping has never done that to me. the fact that it is necessary to legalize weed and similar substances and the fact that it is safer than alcohol in terms of its effect on the body and the fact that they say a person will not drive under the grass
Based on my personal experience going from smoking to vaping to quitting, I would say vaping is a lot better than smoking, but there were noticeable differences between different types of liquid. Some would cause very little coughing and hacking, and some would cause almost as much as traditional smokes, but I didn't have whole lot of that nasty smokers mucus from any vape products. I could feel the cigarettes killing me a whole lot more than I could vape products. The ability to control how much nicotine I was taking in, and tapering it down was also how I managed to quit altogether. I used 6mg liquid for a few years, then dropped to 3mg then 1.5mg and finally 0mg until the nicotine cravings stopped, then I could focus on the behavioral aspect of the habit. That still requires a fair amount of will power though, and there were plenty of failed attempts before I succeeded in kicking it completely. Obviously not doing either is best, but ultimately I think adults should be allowed to put whatever they want in their bodies; from nicotine to heroin and everything in between. Just as long as they aren't being pricks while they're doing it, and they don't complain when it kills them.
i dunno about HEROIN. but at least you didn't go crystal meth. but sign me up for cheaper recreational cocaine for sure. shit is way too expensive for the high.
La parte mas complicada de vapear, es que mis amigos que lo usan no lo sueltan. Como no deja un mal aroma hacen mas cortos los tiempos donde vuelven a usarlo a la primera oportunidad que pueden.
I switched to nicotine pouches to help me get off of vaping, and it worked and i am working my way off of those now. It has worked for me but i would still not recommend them to anyone since it is still nicotine.

I switched to nicotine pouches to help me get off of vaping, and it worked and i am working my way off of those now. It has worked for me but i would still not recommend them to anyone since it is still nicotine.
